The people made you feel very welcome and were very friendly, the hotel was very clean, very good service would recommend this hotel to anyone the only thing is, its a little bit far from town otherwise a very happy stay..

This is a very good hotel. We stayed here allready 5 times before and come back every year. It is not fancy and luxury but excelent value for money and good comfort. Really a good hotel to go to.

Probably your gps won't find the hotel so be prepared or call the hotel.

Friendly, helpful staff.

Although close to the centre, a car is a must as buses are neither frequent nor punctual and the service stops at about 20.30. The rooms, although spacious, are not welcoming (more appropriate for summer), the towels and pillows are inadequate and no kettle is provided. The breakfast is extremely poor and relatively expensive.

The receptionist spoke good English. Free parking and free wifi. Small cheap and cheerful restaurant located next to hotel.

The rooms were very sparsely decorated. The hotel was located down an unsurfaced and unlit track. Breakfast was not included in the price of the room we booked and cost €7.50 per person.

Excellent restaurant on hotel territory. Great meat dishes.

Convenient for the places we wanted to visit. The restaurant next door was excellent.

We were told we would have a private bathroom, but there was no bath, only a shower. We would have liked the baby cot to have been removed, we only asked for a double room. Air conditioning temperamental.

Clean, comfortable hotel just outside of Pisa. Swimming pool is nice extra.

The restaurant was not open at lunch times.

Hotel is situated in the middle of nowhere and reached by some ultra dark roads but as soon you're there the hotel and its garden with swimming pool looks great. Spacious room with good bed, shower, fridge and direct entrance to the garden. The restaurant served great food when we were there. Very nice people who opened the kitchen for us although they were already closed! 20 minutes by car to Pisa centre and 30 to the airport. You have to cross the centre to reach the airport which can cause some stress in rush our in the morning! Great hotel when visiting Pisa and when you want to stay in a relaxing hotel.

The staff were wonderful, and the restaurant staff next door were out standing, food and hospitality 4 star. location quiet but close to airport shuttle service very efficient.

very welcoming, clean, lovely pool, close to the city, a short bus ride away. Food in the restuarant was delicious, we particulaly liked the peace and quiet and fresh air knowing the city is only 5 mins away, also the city of lucca is only a short bus ride in the other direction, great location with great service, loved every minuite.

Very clean and very nice. The restaurant is top notch. Breakfast is worth the money and served in a pretty sunroom. It is in the country and it is peaceful and relaxing.

Lovely grounds and pool which we used alot. Bike hire great and tracks good.....very flat easy cycling. Supermarket % minutes away so lots of guests sitting outside their rooms in the grounds with bottles of wine! Very relaxed! Great food in the restaurant

Mind the evening mosquitos. A glass or cup in the room would have been useful! Surprised that the full amount of the payment was taken out of my account at the time of booking...strange way of operating.Bike hire good, however asking for a 200 euro deposit for a bike that must cost less than100 is a bit much!

We loved the hotel. The view of the mountains was spectacular. The pool was refreshing after a long day of sightseeing and the staff went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. There was even free WiFi!

The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The hotel was in a beautiful setting and was family-friendly with a pool and table tennis.

The hotel was too far out of Pisa to be able to walk there.

The hotel was in a quiet location which was nice and felt safe. They offered a late check-in until midnight which was helpful for us. The room was clean and the air-conditioning worked great. The bed was relatively comfortable too.

Breakfast was an extra charge and had to be ordered the night before. After seeing the menu we didn't bother with it though. There were no windows in the room other than shuttered panels on the balcony and main door. Only wired Internet was available, no wifi.

The hotel is set in beautiful countryside yet only about 15mins from the airport & City. The rooms have good air conditioning and a good free Wi Fi internet connection and a quiet swimming pool area. A gem of an hotel if you want to be out of the city.

Nearest supermarket about 2 miles away.

Perfect, cosy small hotel in nice mountains setting very close to Pisa centre, but far enough from city noise... Very helpful staff. Would stay there again.
