Good location

The lady staff is polite

I was asked to stay on different hotel.

Location was great, right beside the train station and restaurants.

Woke up after the 1st night covered in bites from something. The mangaer was great however and moved us rooms, refunded the full stay and paid chemist fees. Beds were not very comfy and the covers were too small for the beds.

Easy to find, close to river.

The location of the hotel is very good, very near the parkings of the city, and a very easy way to san Marco and the rialto. The facilities inside the bedroom are very confortable. The girls in the front desk are very nice.

It´s very noicy, you can hear you neibourg´s steps, and when they close the door with strenght you feel like an earthquake is attacking.... The atention of the cleaning lady is very poor, there is no wifi in the room, no matter if you pay for it.

It has a very good price for a hotel in Venice, and it is very close to both the raiway and the bus station. Also, San Marco can be reached by foot very easily. The rooms are not very big, but they are clean, with glasses, towels, and other thing that weren't expected. Also the hotel staff is very nice, the reception desk is open all night long.

The room had a little bit weird smell, but it had an AC working all night long. I think this is not a hotel problem but a thing that occurs in Venice hotels on the Canal.

Very expensive for an old dirty room.

carpets in entry were threadbare and stunk - not a good first impression. Room not a whole lot better, though we had requested non smoking, it stunk of stale smoke but especially off putting was the mouldy shower. Wardrobe nearly fell on me when tried to open it. Only positive was that the airconditioner worked well. Not good value at all, we have stayed in many places considerably cheaper but in much better condition.

Location - directly across from the train station.

Our room was uncomfortable with an extremely loud air conditioner and a lopsided bed. The shared bathroom was very small and not terribly clean. Even for a budget hotel, I would expect cleaner facilities.

The best thing about Airone is the location because it is just opposite to the main station so you don't have to walk so far with your bag. And around that area can reach to the port easily. The restaurant around hotel is not so expensive for the fast food pizza just 5.4o euro for one big pizza including soft drink. The room is also nice very good style decoration and have your own basin in your room with soap. I like this hotel and would like to recommend to anyone.

The stari to go up eventhough it's just only one floor but I don't want to carry my heavy bag go up.. Just this
