The location, spacious rooms, staff were really helpful.
There was no free wifi
Very cheap for location
Bed was not comfortable. Shabby. Everything was bad except for the location. Without any view of the street and channel. A strange and bad smell. Terrible!
I like that we left with only a few Mosquitos bites.
I did not like the unhelpful staff that did not know squash. Cleanliness is poor ( bathroom was not clean the whole time during our stay. TV did not work but then we did not go to watch tv. AC worked poorly. I would recommend this place to my enemies.
The location was perfect. In front of the train station, close to the square where our aiport shuffle was leaving from. Our room had a great view of the street and channel.
The room smelled like a hospital due to the cleaning product that was used. It was also very noisy at night. There was a restaurant beneath with tables outside and people talking until 2am.
LOCATION WAS THE ONLY GOOD THING ABOUT THIS PROPERTY
FACILITIES - SHARED BATHROOM WAS WITH EVERYONE ELSE, 1 SHOWER, 2 TOILETS - 6 ROOMS ROOMS WERE OLD, BUT CLEAN
Good location, walking distance from Piazza Roma and Santa Lucia station.
The stair is very narrow and no elevator. Need to improve the cleanliness, we found very itchy when we laid down on the beds.
Very clean, great view, just across the river from the train station. Really easy to get to and near enough to all the main things in Venice.
The place where you eat food was a bit awkward, but fine haha
Price and location
Age of fit out of room
Perfect location for short stay. Easily reachable. Room window open on the grand canal.
Basic room with bed and TV in terms of furniture. Bed was also not very comfortable.
Location. Best Price/Quality ratio in Venice.
It was very hot in Venice, so the airco in the room was very nice. We had good beds. The people of the hotel where very helpfull.
We could clearly enjoy the pleasure of the people in the room next to us. It was very thin-walled. Even walking in the room caused closets to make noise.
Excellent location opposite the train station, close to Vaparetto stop, restaurants, bars, overlooking the Grand Canal. Comfortable bed, aircon, tasteful room.
A strange smell when we first got into the room which went when we aired the room.
A wonderful location near to the rail and bus stations made navigating back each day really simple. Walking down the shabby stairs and then opening the door out on to a view of the Grand Canal was real treat every day.
The rooms are really basic in terms of facilities - but you get what you pay for. If you want a cheap hotel one level above a hostel Hotel Airone fits the bill!
More than 20 rooms share one bathroom !! The room is too small without wifi ! The most terrible thing is that the room is full of mosquito !!!!
Old, ugly, bathroom was in a closet, to shower you had to water the whole room, too narrow to even open the suitcase. Everything was bad except for the location. A beautiful hotel around the corner for the same price!
The location on the Grand Canal and convenience for the train & bus stations.
No en-suite bathroom/shower or toilet. Only one shower room for about twelve bedrooms.
VALUE FOR MONEY.....
The staff were very friendly & helpful and the location was excellent.
The room was quite basic and we had to battle a few mosquitoes!
Everything was poor/fair with the exception of location. I do not recommend this hotel unless you can get a great deal.
The cleanliness and services was poor, does not have wifi neither breakfast. The hotel has broken windows, mosquitos, and the TV does not works. The personal services is not kindly.
very small! very dirty!! very noisy!! very old!! bed were broken, dirty and very old, all things are old like middle centry! no reseption, lot of mosquito and insecto in bed, downstair is a restaurant and bar, so loud music until 02:00!!! the worst "hotel" in my life!!! terrible!
Good location, helpful staff
Small, basic, no extras but good location, no wifi, old tv, shower in toilet area.
The location is right across the river to the Santa Lucia station. It provides luggage storage service.
Our room is very small and is without a restroom which is not very convenient for us.
It was close to the train station which was nice.
The room was not so great. It was weird, very dated, and the furniture made so much noise that if someone walked by you would definitely wake up. I've stayed in some dodgy hostiles but this place takes the cake.
