the breakfast was excellent, the room was very comfortable. in the booking it said that we would have a free shuttle from the airport. when we arrived we were told that we would have to take a taxi at our expense. we reccomend in future that the booking should include booking a place in the shuttle accordind to time of arrival, since the main advantage is the proximity to the airport |

did not have enough time just stayed overnight the only thing I did not appreciate was no English T.V. stations even CNN was not connected, I travel very often to Italy Europe as a matter of business and it would be nice to be in touch at least the news. |

There are information on their web sites that they have free shuttle bus service to and from the airport. But no mentioning that you need to book it in advance in order to get it free of charge. We needed to wait for a taxi from the hotel to the airport 30 minutes. No bar opened at 11 pm when we arrived. |

The staff are friendly and helpful. Nice hotel to stay. There is no printer to print my boarding pass when I wanted to check-in my flight online. |

The hotel is clean and comfortable, transfer to airport and city center is provided. However, if cannot catch the shuttle schedule to the city centre, the only way is to take taxi which is quite expensive. |

We liked the location of the hotel - calm and close enough to the city center. We also liked the free shuttle to the center (although only once a day!). The beds were very comfortable. The bufet breakfast was poor with small choices. The water of the pool was cold and we were not allowed to the sauna unless we pay charges. The staff was not experienced and need training on customer approach. The hotel did not have simple items leke: a mape of the city, matches, free sandles for the pool. I rather rate this hotel a 3 star. |

Distance to Airport. Somewhat remote from local attractions. Best if you are driving. Wonderful Break. Buffet. Evening menu price ok but I thought limited selections. I think it would be best for business trips. Shuttle for Verona at 9 & 11 am, and must arrange ahead. Supermarket across street about 1/2 km walk as is Local Bus stop. No local dining spots. 2 day Laundry turn around. All in All a good experience. |

The bedroom and bathroom were excellent. The airport shuttle was on time and helpful. The resturant offerred a poor choice of food and the quality was not good. The wine list was a joke. All the cheaper wines were not available, until you complained and suddenly a cheap alternative became available. |

The space and cleanliness My husband had to leave early to pick up the car. I took 1 bun and 1 pc of cake for him. Your staff were very childish about this. Disappointing. |
