alles nieuw, ultra modern, gratis parkeergarage, gratis draadloos internet, mooie ruime kamer de airco. we zaten op een grote kamer waar de hele dag de zon op staat, de airco kreeg het niet geregeld, er kwam geen koude lucht uit, het was bloedheet! de receptie gebeld 's nachts, zouden wat regelen. Er veranderde niks, de hele nacht niet geslapen, onze jongste van 4 jr. ook niet, kamer was 27 graden 's nachts! (konden ze in computer zien). We hebben een nieuwe kamer gevraagd, deze ook gekregen, wel een kleinere en we wilden dus korting, daar deden ze moeilijk over, uiteindelijk na veel gepraat wel wat korting gekregen. p.s. het personeel spreekt zó slecht Engels (maar dat is overal in Italië). Jammer dat het pendelbusje naar de binnenstad maar 1x per dag gaat. |

De ligging is positief. De outlook is ok. Zeer slecht ontbijt, dan moet je ook nog zelf alle gereedschappen mee nemen naar de tafel. Slechte koffiemachine. Diner was te duur en niet smakelijk. |

goede shuttle service naar airport en stad. Wel goed schoon. Badkamer goed. slechte service van vooral het restuarant. Kille eetzaal. Hard bed. . Vooral makkelijk als snelle verblijfplaats (op de airport) Zeker geen optie voor vakantie |

The hotel is good, the location is ok if you have a car. The the spa center is poor and sometimes there is just one person in charge in the breakfast room |

The rooms were excellent; extremely spacious and comfortable with modern design and furnishings. The free shuttle bus to Verona station was a great benefit. The leisure facilities within the hotel were also very good, with a mini gym and a well maintained swimming pool. A lovely hotel. One member of staff was unwilling to recommend any restaurants near by and suggested that the hotel restaurant (which was limited in choice and over-priced) was the only restaurant in the area. This is not true; across the main road there is an amazing pizzeria! |

Early shuttle service 5am There are no road signs to help find the hotel. It cost an extra 10 euros for the cab driver to find it! |

It was close to the airport and with a reservation they have a van for a shuttle. The breakfast included meats, cheese, yogurt, breads, pastries, scrabbled eggs but they had a very strong taste, I guess Italian eggs are different, coffee, tea, etc. Has a very large lobby. The room was large for a triple with a queen bed, and a single bed. Bathroom was large with bath/shower, soap, shampoo, thick towels and good water pressure. Room had a fridge, large closet and lots of space to spread out. We had a wake up call and a shuttle at 5:30am with no problem. Very close to the airport, 4 minutes and lots of parking. They told us there was a bus to the city center but we had a car. We stayed twice. The first time the room was smaller and older. |

It was a perfect place to make a stop on the way to Tuscany for our family, very close to the motorway, comfortable and big family room and good kitchen Maybe a better info on the roads how to get to the hotel. Bit confusing. |

Free transport and internent facillities. The reception staff were very good. The rooms were comfortable. The Sky TV & breakfast was good. |
