Sehr schön gelegen - mit Blick auf die Zitadelle und das Meer. Laufentfernung zur Altstadt und zum Hafen. Pool direkt vom Zimmer aus erreichbar. Leckeres Abendessen und Frühstück. Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Bei Ankunft war das Hotel telefonisch nicht erreichbar, so dass wir für den Transfer zum Hotel ein Taxi nehmen mussten |

Guter Ausgangspunkt für die Erkundung der Inselgruppe. Sehr gepflegtes und ansprechendes Hotel. Freundliches Personal. Bezahlung per Kreditkarte funktionierte nicht - angeblich ein Sicherheitsproblem. Da ich jedoch an jeder Tankstelle problemlos per Karte zahlen kann, glaube ich eher an technische Probleme, die zu Lasten des Kunden gehen. |

The rooms were large and comfortable. The pool was beautiful. Restaurant staff was cold and unfriendly. Food was average nothing exceptional. We sent back an entree which was not to our liking and ordered a replacement entree and were charged for both. |

Margarita on reception provided excellent customer service, calling our previous hotel to locate an item left behind there and also proactively arranging an excursion for us based on very limited (and somewhat inaccurate) information we provided. The restaurant staff were charming as well. The hotel could consider extending breakfast until 10.30. I noticed a number of people still eating when everything was cleared away promptly at 10.00. |

Very nice pool and garden area, the room was large and comfortable. Staff was rather inept. Whatever you asked for - they had to call the director. They were not able to help with the transport to Catania airport (you need to take the ferry from Lipari to Milazzo, then a bus). |

Kind people at the desk (they can speak English). Very spacious and clean room. Foreign tv channels (cnn, bbc, tve, etc). Varied breakfast. Located very near the center. Excellent air-conditioning. |

Overall, the hotel stay was great. The room, facilities, grounds, etc were very clean. The environment was peaceful, and if we ever make it back to Lipari, this is where we will stay. |

The room was comfortable, the seaside view was nice, and the breakfast tasted fine. When I moved one of the beds, it appeared to be positioned such that one of the lamps on the wall broke immediately. This is stupid in itself. But on top of this the hotel owner requested a ridiculous amount for the lamp. To me this is a typical account of tourist trapping. I mean, this kind of little damage can be considered operational risk and should not be for the account of the guest at all. |

Hotel is very comfortable and clean hotel and beautifully designed. The personel were all very helpful and pleasant The breakfast was excellent. We did not eat other meals there. The pool and garden is lovely. The location is excellent and one can walk easily to the main shopping district,restaurants and castle area in minutes. |

The shower was the best shower I have ever seen and had!! It was awesome! Plus the pool was alot of fun and very relaxing! The breakfast was nothing special. Some things remained empty for a while and were not refilled. A hot breakfast would have been really appreciated. |

We were very pleased with our choice of this hotel for our three day stay in Lipari. From our impression it is probably the best all-round hotel to stay in Lipari. It had its own large swimming pool, room was very clear and comfortable and the hotel was close the the centre without being in a noisy area. Hotel shuttle from and to ferry was appreciated. Staff were helpful without being intrusive. No complaints |

Excellent location, a quick and easy walk to the port and Lipari town. Although just a short walk from the port, the shuttle service provided by Aktea was great. All of the hotel staff were friendly and offered outstanding service. Hotel facilities were clean and very well maintained. Beautiful outdoor pool with plenty of lounge chairs. I highly recommend Aktea for a great Aeolian getaway. |

L'Hotel è situato in posizione strategica a due passi da marina grande di Lipari e dal centro non è vista mare ma è molto bello e spazioso con una bella piscina e spazi verdi. La struttura è nuova e ben tenuta. Bisogna migliorare l'organizzazione e la qualità del ristorante. |
