Everything was perfect. Good situation, great staff, excellent hotel. The hotel was great, maybe just the clients are a little bit too snob for people who are not from a high social class! |

The staff was very accommodating to our needs. We stayed during pre-season so not all services were available. However, the proximity to the city centre was fantastic and nothing was out of our reach. My prior experiences in Italy has always made me question the star-rating system; yet, I was pleasantly surprised by our room, the amenities, and the hotel in general. |

I liked the staff, the location and the services.... I thought the food was good, but not outstanding for such an hotel. I only wish there was a gym. |

great location overlooking the old town of Lipari, just a few minutes walk to the centre; the hotel offers to pick you up at the port with your luggage, very helpful and friendly staff, great pool, manicured gardens, excellent value for money (in June - might be different during the high season?). Can't wait to go back! that I only booked for two nights (but I can only blame myself!) |

Personale gentile e disponibile, jacuzzi in camera, piscina ampia e pulita, posizione centrale, romantico, terrazino privato in camera, clientela fine.sicuramente il miglior hotel di Lipari. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo perchè ho prenotato a condizioni vantaggiose al 50% del prezzo. senò non so se avrei detto lo stesso. |

La taille des chambres, du balcon et la qualité des équipements, en particulier de la piscine. La proximité de la ville dont on est proche (quelques minutes à pied) et suffisamment éloigné pour le calme. Le petit déjeuner, vu la qualité de l'hôtel, pourrait être amélioré. |

Excellent dejeuner offert + mise a disposition de la piscine:serviettes + mise a disposition d'une navette pour deplacements Dommage pour le surbooking : hotel mieux placé que l'autre proposé |
