Hotel is very comfortable and clean hotel and beautifully designed. The personel were all very helpful and pleasant The breakfast was excellent. We did not eat other meals there. The pool and garden is lovely. The location is excellent and one can walk easily to the main shopping district,restaurants and castle area in minutes.

We were very pleased with our choice of this hotel for our three day stay in Lipari. From our impression it is probably the best all-round hotel to stay in Lipari. It had its own large swimming pool, room was very clear and comfortable and the hotel was close the the centre without being in a noisy area. Hotel shuttle from and to ferry was appreciated. Staff were helpful without being intrusive.

Excellent location, a quick and easy walk to the port and Lipari town. Although just a short walk from the port, the shuttle service provided by Aktea was great. All of the hotel staff were friendly and offered outstanding service. Hotel facilities were clean and very well maintained. Beautiful outdoor pool with plenty of lounge chairs. I highly recommend Aktea for a great Aeolian getaway.

The hotel is in a lovely setting. The rooms are large and have excellent air-conditioning.

The road leading to the hotel is very dirty, so not always a plesant walk home.

The staff was very accommodating to our needs. We stayed during pre-season so not all services were available. However, the proximity to the city centre was fantastic and nothing was out of our reach. My prior experiences in Italy has always made me question the star-rating system; yet, I was pleasantly surprised by our room, the amenities, and the hotel in general.

Bellissima piscina, con temperatura dell´ acqua ideale. Posizione dell`albergo centrale e tranquilla. Camera spaziosa, moderna, curata nei dettagli. Personale molto gentile. Grazie ad un´ offerta di Booking.com, abbiamo pernottato in questo albergo di lusso, per un prezzo molto vantaggioso.

Trovo criticabile che qualsisasi cambiamento della prenotazione in prossimità della data di arrivo (per l'esattezza nei due giorni precedenti) comporti l'addebito dell'intera cifra preventivata per il soggiorno;se una persona ha un imprevisto,che si suppone essere serio impedimento, per cui non può più partire, deve pagare l'intero costo del soggiorno (che non è cifra irrisoria).A mio avviso equivale ad una forma di guadagno esclusivamente a spese altrui.

Proximité du ferry boat (300 m). Confort et qualité des chambres. Petits déjeuners Européens et Services. Proximité du centre ville animé. Calme de l'hôtel par rapport aux bruits ambiants de la ville et de la route (Scooters, motos et bus). Qualité de l'accueil à la réception.

il personale molto disponibile, sia durante il soggiorno che dopo il check out in quanto ci hanno tenuto le valigie e ci hanno permesso di utilizzare la piscina. Molto bella la struttura dell'albergo e ottima la posizione. Ottima anche la pulizia.

Mi habitacion coincidió al lado de la depuradora de la piscina, bastante ruidosa.
