Luca's B&B provides a great base from which to explore the hidden treasures of Naples. Rooms are pretty basic but are both clean and quiet, and most of the historic centre is within a ten minute walk of the B&B. We would definitely return if visiting Naples again.

The bathroom could do with modernising

-Great host, nothing was to much trouble. Good breakfast -large rooms, clean and good facilities -good location, close to city centre and metropolitana

-The 2 smaller rooms where too warm, the fan was not sufficient.

The owner was very friendly and hopeful. Great location as within walking distance of the historical centre, across the road from the National Museum and beside a metro stop. The room was well insulated so there was no problem with noise. There was also a fan in the room.

    Really nothing to complain about!

Luca is a great host, has great recommendations for local restaurants and suggestions on what to do. BUT you must speak some Italian to truly be able take advantage of the information he is giving you. He seemed truly interested in you enjoying Napoli. Location is right by the historic center, less than a block away from the Archeological Museum, and close to many good restaurants. Breakfast was your typical Italian breakfast: coffee (or tea), cornetto (croissant), other pastries, juice and a yogurt. We would happily stay there again when we visit Napoli next.

It was nice place located very close to the historical center and near to Napoli Centrale. Luchano recommended us good tratoria and pizzeria to visit. helped us a lot with saving our luggage and more things. They served good breakfast for us. Service was exciting and price was adequate to our comfort. Absolutely recommended to visit. Thank you so much for your hospitality.

You can mention more details how to entry into the hotel. But it was a minor issue.

Location near the metro. Good breakfasts. Very helpful owner.

It takes a some problems for senior people to go up in staircase. I booked place bc of nice room photos, but we lived in small place with old furniture, so we are little dissappointed.

The owner, Luca, is a very friedly and helpful person. With his restaurant and visiting recommendations and his help we had a great time in Napoli! The B&B is actually a big flat, there is really a home atmosphere and the room was very clean. It is located just at the edge of the old city center, with a metro line directly in front but still calm in the night. I would recommend this hotel to people looking for a good base for the city trip and a friendly atmosphere.

The breakfast was ok, however, could be maybe improved with fresh things.

Charming Bed and Breakfast, friendly and helpful staff. They made every effort for us to have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Good location to get around Naples, the old town was a great choice of area to stay in! We were given useful information about the area, best places to visit and local dining.

You have to follow their instructions (very detailed) to the tee to find the place, however once found it is easy to locate again!

The owners, Luca & Luciana, were so friendly and helpfull! The place is clean, modern & comfortable & it's right in front of the metrostation Museo in the centre. Breakfast was 'little' but just enough to get through the morning: a croissant, little cookies, some cornflakes, coffee, tea.. I'd def recommend this little B&B!

The shower wasn't working perfectly but it still did the job!

Very nice and passionate host. You should definitely ask Luca for some advice on Napoli. Generous breakfast. Very well located, close to the main streets of the historical centre.

The bedroom as the bathroom were not top quality.

Owner was very helpful with our plans. Location was excellent - across the street from the National Museum with great artifacts from Pompeii. Walking the small streets of the old city center was rewarding - history every where.

Very good location with close access to the Cavour subway station and across the street of the archaeological museum. The master staff briefed us must-see areas and gave us cautions on robbery rubbery and thieves, which was really good.

Actually, the location is hard to spot at the first time because there is no sign or anything. Also, the staff didn't speak English well, but we managed somehow with French.

A very comfortable and stress free stay in the centre of Naples. The room was wonderfully quiet, despite the central location. Luca is very welcoming and helpful and I would recommend this especially for first time visitors to Naples. It's just like staying with friends!

Although I thought I had booked a hotel due to the photo on the ad, the B&B was very nice and the owner was very helpful once I located the place. The breakfast was good also.

I spent over an hour trying to locate the place. The photo on the listing is of the museum of archaeology nearby. I thought this was the building for the room but it is not. Also, at the building, in the doorbell directory, the name of the B&B is not shown as "AI 68" but some other name which made it almost impossible to locate.
