I was very impressed with this hotel. It was spacious,beautifully furnished and a absolute delight.

It was a wonderfully located, beautifully set up apartment and Guido could not have been more helpful. We will be coming back!

As noted previously, the location is ideal. The facilities are quite good and the studio apartment clean, serviceable and offered at an excellent rate. I believe it may be the best value for money stay in Venice.

Peaceful location, cleanliness, very helpful reception gentelman, central to main square, near to superb ice cream shop! Able to cook food from local market to save on eating out bills (wonderful fish!) Over all a brilliant stay!

Position is on a delightfully quiet Fondementa only minutes walk from San Marco. Beautifully appointed flat, tastefully furnished with a well fitted kitchen. I have been to Venice many times, this is a gem and will certainly return. Manager Guido very ,very helpful.

Newly done, location excellent (close to San Marco but on quiet canal), size of the apartment (2brds, 2bths nice living room, kitchen, we are family of 5) really nice surprise. Exceeded all of our expectations. 1St time i've ever left review but happy to do it for a place that I think is fantastic find!!!

Superb accommodation located within easy 10min walk of San Marco square. We stayed in apartment 104, a good sized 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment with individually heated/aircon rooms, flat screen tv's to all rooms and full kitchen, also, just two hundred meters walk to a good supermarket. I do not have the space within this review to include all the positives from our stay, I would simply say that it would be extremely hard to find a better place to stay in Venice. The Manager Guido is probably the best, most helpful and professional hotel manager that we have come across anywhere during our extensive travels,Veronica was also super professional and helpful, so many extras provided by this hotel/apartments that others charge for. A great experience in a beautiful city, Al Bailo Di Venezia is everything that it appears on the booking.com website and much much more. 10/10

Great location, spacious, modern, clean apartments, exactly as pictured. Staff very helpful and friendly. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting more space and amenities than a hotel room, supermarket very close by.

Guido is great and incredibly helpful. The apartment was well appointed, clean and well situated.

Very little! Would have liked a breakdown of the pricing for each night in advance. On booking we were only given the total for three nights, but when we got the bill we found the third night was much more expensive as we had gone into the high season.

When we arrived we were welcomed by very friendly and helpful staff. The accommodation far exceeded our expectation. It was extremely spacious, and well laid out. Highly recommend it to anyone.

When reach venice, you must take private water taxi to this place and dun try taking public boat with your luggages. Location is fantastic, only 5 mins walk to all the exciting places

Exceptionally friendly man greeted us and ran around after us when we asked for extra teabags. The hotel is in a great location and he provided maps to get there which was a great help. Beautiful interiors, very quiet area. Next to police station and supermarket so safe and convenient.

We had a ground floor apartment and there was no view. This was fine though as we only stayed three nights and were out everyday, but if you wanted to relax at home everyday in the summer then might not be ideal. Does have fancy air conditioning though.

It was a wonderful stay in a wonderful place. Mr Guido was exceptionally friendly and helpful. We visited Venice with a great pleasure and would be happy to visit this fascinating place once more and stay in Al Bailo Di Venezia.

Fabulous! We had a huge duplex apartment for the two of us (request room 107!) which was great, nice decor (not ultra ultra modern but you are in Venice so I think about as modern as it could get!) anf the location was fab - ten min walk to st marks square but ticket away in a quiet and interesting part of town. Guido was really helpful and went out if his way to make us more comfortable and make sure we had a great stay, will recommend to all my friends who are contemplating Venice!
