The Canal side rooms are better .
The bathroom was pretty clean. The inner terrace right next to the entry.
There is no available staff after 7PM. No restaurant so no breakfast available. It is very hard to find....on a narrow street hidden in between old houses. The inner terrace of the room....it is nicely furnished but when you would look up you see the walls of the hotels and the other people's windows. So that ruined everything. The bed a little too small for my tasting.
Although quite tricky to find, the location was good. Based close to a waterbus stop and on a little street with some nice shops
The room looked much better in the pictures than in real life. Not worth the price we paid for 2 nights The sewage system was not great, once we flushed the toilet the bath etc filled up with dirty/sewage water.
Cozy, unusual hotel
Reception works only until 7 pm
Reception almost always empty. Photos totally misleading. The room has a very low ceiling is dark, the couple bed is in fact two single beds. The bathroom smells humid incredibly. Small tv. It is located in an isolated alley. Getting there at night takes some courage. Room with view to the next room. No privacy. They entered our room even after explicitly advised not to do so.
The hôtel is vert well located, you can reach a lot of different places in Venezia from the hotel. The quadruple room was nice, even if the room on the first floor was little. Breakfast nice with a lot of choice.
The breakfast room is too little, not so easy when there is a lot of people having breakfast at the same time
modern design interior
entrance too concealed and breakfast room too small
Hotel is clean. Wifi worked fine and staff was ok.
We had a room below and we could hear the people in the other rooms.
There are no rest room outside the room
What I liked about the hotel was the location. It was literally a 5min walk from the waterbus stop alon the Canal, and close to everything you need. The decor was pleasing and the hotel appeared to have everything you would need such as wifi, tv, vending machine, breakfast. Marco and staff were very helpful and pleasant in assisting me with any needs including allowing me to stay in my same room for an additional night.
I had some issues the first night with mosquitos in the room which surprised me as it was late November. It kept me up at night as they were buzzin in my ear. Also I was unable to use the tv as it had child lock on it. That didn't matter to me since I was really only in the room to sleep. And finally the shower. I had taken a shower and realized once I had gotten out that it had leaked all over the bathroom floor and into the main room where some of my things had been sitting. I mopped it up with towels but the system is faulty. Next shower I tried to avoid the leak by removing the shower head and using it manually. This makes for an unpleasant shower but it still leaked everywhere.
Good hotel in Venice. Not far from square and near Supermarket. Good life in Venice because we stay here!
The hotel was close to all the shops and restaurants.
At first the hotel was so hard to find. Bed was twin instead of double it was very uncomfortable too.
Al Canal Regio was very nice, small, with attentive staff. I liked the modern design.
The location and cleanliness of the room.
The bed was uncomfortable. it was keep moving apart. They gave us a twin bed rather than double and there is no air condition in the room.
Wifi Modern Location Garden
Hard to find at first, no signs. Noisy late night, other customers drinking in foyer & early morning builders. Too small
The hotel staff, Marco is really nice. He provided good recommendation of good reasonable restaurants instead of those commercial ones. He is very informative. Though we booked Small Double Room, we were surprised that the room is room is not small at all. The room is clean and well maintained. I was sick there and slept there for a day , felt really like home. Location is not so difficult to find as you just have to do some homework. I like the location. I would love to stay in this hotel again. Perfect !
nothing in particular.
friendly helpful man on reception, clean room and comfy bed.free wi-fi
no window in our room
Great location with easy access to water buses on the Grand Canal. Far enough from the main thoroughfares to be quiet but close enough for convenience. Perfect base for exploring Venice.
Love it so much! Would recommend it- exactly like the website shows it. Excellent!
Liked the simple clean rooms.
Very difficult to find!! Mosquitos were a problem...
Position, small size, friendliness, cleanliness, helpful staff, quiet location but near all amenities, more like a small home than a hotel, spacious modern rooms in an old building, etc.
No restaurant. Needs a common area for coffee facilities, water, soft drinks, etc although they are present in the superior rooms.
We had the downstairs room and it was very spacious and also led to an outside sitting area which was nice. The room was made up very nicely and the bed was very comfortable.
First of all, finding the place was a bit difficult as there were no signs and the hotel is hidden between buildings. Secondly, our bathroom needs to be fixed up - there was mold on the ceiling above the shower and there is no air flow in there, so the moisture clings to walls and ceiling. It was pretty gross. To get into the hotel after 7pm, you need to ring a bell and have someone let you in. After 10 rings, someone finally answered - wouldn't it be easier to give guests a card or key to let themselves in? Not the fault of the hotel, but somehow a mosquito got into the room and bit my eyelid, so i woke in the middle of the night with a swollen eye... bad luck i guess. The place is very nice just needs some improvements.
Nothing indeed, want to Get money back,it's unacceptable,2 nights 72euros we overpaid
