Nice room, easy to approach. The landlord gave us all the information about the local restaurants. Her suggestions were great. She helped us explain the ways to transport to the center of Firenze. The place was a living history. We admired the decoration of the entrance and the room and the whole place. The tiny Fiat in the hall and the old Vespa in the garden were beautiful.

We had a great stay! The property was clean, comfortable, tastefully done and the owner was very warm and helpful. We loved our stay. The location was calm and quiet as it was far from the hustle bustle of Florence. While the place is far from the city Center, it is well connected with public transport. The bus station is at 4-5 mins of walking distance. From there, it takes about 20 mins to reach the city Center. It seemed like a task on day 1, but soon we realised the location was actually a blessing after doing a trip to the chaos of the city Center.

Very comfortable stay in a well located 14th century renovated house. Everything was available to make stay easy and relaxing. Breakfast was good especially the coffee. Friendly very helpful staff and owners who went the extra mile. 15 minutes on bus to Florence centre( no 14 bus!)

We loved the area. Nice & quiet after a busy few days stay in the heart of Florence. We met Linda, & she was lovely & helpful, as were Chantal & Ryan. We had rented a car & Linda gave us suggestions to visit the beautiful region of Tuscany. We went to a grocery store and bought enough dinner for both our evenings to enjoy after long days in the car. We were able to eat outside on the patio and it was so peaceful. We would recommend staying here. Fletcher, the dog, was adorable.

Fantastic accommodation in Florence! It may seem far from the centre, but it is not. There are buses and a train stop nearby, so you can be in the centre in literally five minutes. The owner Linda was an excellent hostess. Upon arrival she welcomed us and showed us around. The room was huge, clean and beautiful. It felt like home. The room also includes a small garden where you can sit in the evening and have your privacy. A modest breakfast was served in the kitchen, but we were able to take small snacks during the day. Everything was perfect!

All was good. Cosy and large room with clean bathroom. Calm and quiet się to location on the outskirt Fireznze. Easy commute to the City center by bus or train. Close good restautant. Friendly and helpful owners. The breakfast was the same everyday but was tasty.
