Hiljainen ja rauhallinen. Hyvä sijainti. Helppo löytää kartan avulla. Huoneessa ei ollut "näköalaikkunoita". |

Sijainti on erinomainen. Hotellin henkilökunta todella ystävällistä, jopa sydämellistä ja avuliasta, puhuivat erinomaista englantia. Aamiainen oikein maittava ja palvelu pelasi. Rauhallista ja hiljaista, ei olisi uskonut, että ollaan niin keskustassa. Viehättävä sisäpiha ja vastapäätä myös paikallista asutusta. Hotelliin oli todella vaikea löytää. Kysyimme ainakin 8 paikasta ja pyörimme koko ajan ihan kulmilla.Voisiko tätä asiaa helpottaa millään lailla. Esim. "Hotelli Serenityn takana" tai muita koordinaatteja ? |

lovely design in Venitian style yet very comfortable and clean.Staff friendly, pleasant and helpful. It was difficult to find; a couple of directions signs near the hotel would be helpful. |

The hotel has been fully refurbished and has all that I would expect in a 4 star hotel, while maintaining the venetian style that I would expect in the city. The staff were extremely responsive to our needs and very proffesional. The only drawback is that the hotel is a little hard to find. The hotel does email you a map when you book so they are aware of this issue and have found a way to deal with it. It is worth the extra efffort of finding as the hotel is excellent. |

The hotel was beautifully remodeled - and very quiet, especially for Venice. Staff is helpful and friendly, and respects their clients, privacy. Excellent buffet breakfast included in the rate. |

Very friendly staff. Hotel is close to all the interesting locations in Venice. It is quite close to the Rialto Bridge vaporetta - which again, is just 20 minutes from the railway station It has no restaurant - tho there are oodles within easy reach. |

The location is quite good, between St Mark square and Rialto. They have good facilities in the hotel. Difficult to find. The hotel is way too small to be called a 4-star hotel. Breakfast is quite lousy. |
