We had a wonderful experience in Venice, thanks in part to the great front desk folks. They were all very helpful in pointing out different sites, and giving us some off the grid finds for restaurants and parts of the city, that were excellent. The free breakfast was great too! The air conditioning in our room did not function very well, certainly not to the standard that is found in the U.S.

Luxurious, well appointed spacious room, very much a surprise, the best accommodation of our European travels. Ideal, quiet location, easy to find, away from hustle and bustle of tourists but close to all High quality restaurants, water taxis and attractions. Would certainly return. Superb breakfasts too. Applause for all staff !! Nothing at all!

A lovely, clean hotel. you must stay here in venice. The hotel is located in a quieter area of venice but very close to all the main sites. We had a red superior room which was beautiful and large the bathroom very modern. clean bed sheets daily would be nice.

Very friendly hotel in excellent central, but quiet, location. Lovely breakfast with wonderful fresh pastries, cake and other choices. We stayed in apartment rather than main hotel - only a short walk away. Good for independence and easy access for my elderly mother. Apartment was rather dark, although as we were generally out during day not a big problem. It's also on street level so there was some noise from passers-by (some times at unsociable times). But again, not a major issue.

Staff were very nice. Bathroom was 2 flights of stairs and through a sheltered gangway that was wet when it rained. Room was full of Mosquitos and I was bitten to hell .32 bites in all.Room was not done on last night and staff had 5 hrs to do it.Breakfast was poor and I paid extra for it.Then if I wanted eggs or toast you have to pay more.Would not stay again.

Cosy hotel, perfectly refurbished 15th century building. Great friendly staff. A lot of attention to detail. Location. It's close to everything, 2 short stops by vaporetto to Plaza Roma (airport taxis and shuttles) and train station. Only one bridge to cross with your luggage on your way to the hotel/back home. Not a problem to locate the hotel, compared to some other venice 'easy to find' accomodations ))) Venice. Any hotel in Venice is close to everything, 'cause Venice is very small. Area around hotel is deserted, no one is living there. Venice is an abandoned city, only the tiny center is crowded and has facilities. So, don't look at the hotel, look at the place around, all the hotels in Venice are small and artificial. This one is very good, but the place is not very romantic.....

Very friendly staff. Quiet neighborhood. Near the Grand Canal and very near some excellent restaurants. A bit of a trick to find - but then so is everything in Venice!

On arrival we were upgraded to a room in the roof of the hotel - it was beautiful! So warm and spacious and exceptionally decorated in true Venezian fashion. The staff were very helpful- they showed us to their room and made us feel like special guests. Excellent in letting us know where to visit outside the hotel, knowing that we only had one day to do so. Breakfast was much better than other hotels we'd been in that week - fresh and well presented. Bravo Hotel Venezia! It was rather difficult to find but think anywhere in Venice would be. Don't let the maze of alleyways put you off - just ask a local - we did. It was all part of the fun! Like most Italian hotels, no coffee making facilities in the room.

Room was very nice and beautiful and staff were very friendly and willing to help answer any of your questions. Breakfast was good too. Our room had some mesquitos that were constantly biting me and my girlfriend. We each had bug bites all over when we woke up. Also using their wifi is pretty lousy because every time you want to use it you have to login on a web page with a username and password and after so long you get locked out.
