B&B Al Duomo

Great location , very close to the duomo. Lots of places to eat around the place. The balcony hv a gd view at the duomo.

The apartment is not situated at the address as the b&b. You would hv to carry bags and climb up 15+ stairs after reaching 3 rd floor by lift . Air conditioning is not working . No wifi after all. The owners move our bags out without asking us before the check out time (10:30am!!!!). No cleaning of rooms / changing of towels during stay. They request us to pay cash , which was not mentioned on booking .

Maria was very kind and her english was also execeelent. Her morning meal was simple but tastes good. we really enjoyed that. And through the window you can see the red arch roof if Duomo. Since it is located at the center of the firenze, any good place are near.

People are coming to Al Duimo needs to call Maria.when you arrive at firenze. It is hard to find the place.

Unbeatable location and excellent value for money. It is as close to the Duomo as you can get. Excellent, homely apartment... Looks like someone went away for the weekend and you are staying at their place! Surprised the price wasn't double. We didn't stay at the place we booked but at one of their apartments around the corner. Would stay again!

- Wifi wasn't working and we tried to speak to the owner to get the password but they weren't home whenever we tried to get them. - the location of the apartment isn't the location you book. it is actually closer but makes finding it difficult as we were arriving by car. You won't find it using your sat nav as it is in a pedestrian only area... well worth checking prior to booking - they only accept cash, even though the booking said they accept credit cards

Location was excellent: central and easy access. Beds were comfortable and sheets were good quality and fresh. Place was clean.

The owners were courteous, mostly. It seemed hard for Mariagioconda to be genuinely friendly. She was very curt with us and other guests. Guido was always nice and in a good mood. The breakfast was unfortunate: one yogurt cup, one croissant, and some toasted slices of cut bread, along with coffee, tea and juice. Nothing else was offered. No cheese, meat, egg. Very lacking. We had to eat elsewhere.

Al Duomo b&b is located right in the center of Florence, and comes with a view of the Duomo—which also means that you get an automatic wake-up call once the bells in the Campanile go off just before 8 o'clock. Friendly staff, great location, beautiful rooms, good breakfast. Highly recommended.

Siamo stati a Firenze pochi giorni fa (dal 24 al 26 aprile) ed abbiamo soggiornato in questo B&B. Posizione veramente centralissima, consente di poter visitare la città comodamente a piedi. Eccezionale l'accoglienza di Maria Gioconda e Guido, i quali sono stati molto disponibili e simpatici. Colazione buona, servita con cortesia dal premuroso Guido. Camera molto spaziosa ed arredata con gusto. Torneremo sicuramente.

Los dueños son divinos, muy atentos, serviciales y muy simpáticos. Realmente uno está como en su propia casa. El desayuno está muy bueno y la ubicación es excelente!!! A poco del Duomo y a la Stazione Central se llega caminando. Cuando vuelva a Firenze, iré nuevamente ahí!

No hay nada que no me haya gustado. Tal vez un poco oscura la habitación que me tocó pero al estar todo el día recorriendo, no tiene mayor importancia...

Posizione super centrale e comoda per raggiungere tutte le mete principali della città. Anche la colazione non è male.

La camera singola non ha il bagno interno anche se privato

Los dueños te hacen sentir como en casa. Se esmeran en que descances y disfrutes y conozcas al máximo Firenze ( Florencia) . La ubicación es immejorable, la vista si como nosotras tienes la suerte de estar del aldo de la calle ( Via Roma) también: vista directa al Duomo como su nombre lo indica. Set de café y precios del minibar muy convenientes. El espacio de la habitación es increíble con respecto a todos los hoteles. Solucionaron muy bien el problema de la falta de baño en la habitación de los aptartementosantiguos como era este hotel originalmente. Resultado: tIenes tu habitación perfectamente funcional en tu habitación. Gracias a MariaGioconda y Guido por tan agradable estancia!!!

Cambio de algunas toallas ( no necesariamente todas) en el baño y limpieza de la nevera de minibar (dentro)

Localização ótima

Embora a casa de banho fosse privada, ficava fora do quarto. Privacidade um pouco devassada.

при бронировании мы не понимали, что данный "номер" - это комната и отдельно ванная комната в квартире, где живут сами хозяева бизнеса. если вас это не напрягает, то все прекрасно, тем более, что люди очень привеиливые и потом есть некая экзотика - пожить в центре флоренции в квартире. почему бы и нет?

The place was very nice and clean. Guido and MariaGoconda were great hosts and they made sure that we had a pleasant stay.

There were too many staircases all over the place. The bed in the room was extremely noisy, any little move and you could hear the squeaking all over the place. But other than that everything was very nice.

The location was wonderful although we were moved from this actual hotel to the owners home around the corner which was lovely and we were made to feel very welcome just like being in your own home

We could not pay by credit card although the hotel site says they accept credit cards they insisted on cash payment and were a little put out when we requested a receipt.

affordable price, great location and nice stuff 立地…ドゥオーモから徒歩数十秒です。 値段…最高の立地で一定以上の生活環境が用意されてる中では格安といえるのでは。 ご主人の人柄…英語は不得意のようですが陽気で親切です。毎朝作ってくれるカプチーノとカフェが最高。 無料のwifi…遅いですが必要十分。 宿泊施設には予算はセーブしたい！、B&Bの性質は理解している、という方には間違いなくおすすめできます- 。

cramped single room シングル利用の部屋は狭く（二帖程度）薄暗い。さながら穴倉。専用とされているバスルームは個室の外にあり- 実質宿泊者は誰でも使える状態。もちろん内鍵はあります。他の部屋はちらっと覗いただけですが、広めで明る- かったので次回は二人以上で利用したいところです。 チェックアウト後に荷物を預かってもらえますが、共用玄関の片隅に置かせてもらうだけの状態です。 後、建物の入口、部屋玄関、個室の扉、全てのカギがひと癖あります。最初に半ドアにして留め金との動きを確- 認しといたほうがいいかも。

недорого, в очень удобном месте, очень дружелюбны и отличные завтраки! спасибо гуидо и марие!

полное не соответствие описанию номеров и фото, и не видно вообще церкви. отель на 4 этаже, а перед ним еще один дом. полотенца я не знаю когда меняются (оставалась 2 дня, кинула на пол, а они просто подобрали и нового не было), постельное не менялось, а просто заправлялось. под столом лежала не моя невидимка, все дни! так что, с уборкой-туго.

フレンドリーなご夫婦オーナー2人がとても親切にしてくれた。 アットホームな雰囲気でくつろげた。 街の中心部にある。
