Only location!

Very dirty,small hotel.rooms are terrible.hair dryer doesn't work,floors are full of hair and dust!unkind personal at reception,no elevator,many stairs! Only one men helped us to carry our luggages and he is the receptionist.he is the one who is kind! Breakfast is terrible!price is very very hight according to quality!

Its location and friendly staff

The staff were very freindly and helpfull. The room was very comfortable, and the view of the canal helped bring the wonder of venice to us first thing in the morning, and last thing at night. Being situated between San Marco, and the Rialto bridge made it very easy to get around anywhere in Venice. The continental breakfast was ample to keep us going till lunchtime. I would reccoment Al Gazzettino to anyone, and stay there again. Thanks for making our stay special.

The hotel has a perfect location. The room is well furnished and very quiet. The breakfast is fresh and tasty. Most of the staff are very nice. I would return to this hotel upon my next trip to Venice. Very good WiFi i the rooms for free.

The bathroom is a little too small and not very comfortable.

Gazzettino has perfect location in Venice. We really enjoye our stay there. Breakfast was basic - but typical italian style :-)

Location and price also the small kitchen in the room.

The heating is not enough and the absence of carpets on the floor.

The location, the price and the service. I stayed in a triple room that is located on a separate building than the main, that I and my family enjoyed a lot.

The place for blackfeast (restaurant) is very small and the variety of foods need to be improved as well.

I liked the location as well as the service for breakfast. The room was convenient and offered a nice view to a small canal. The people running the restaurant (although we only had there one lunch) were very nice.

We had several problems that all took quite long time to be solved. The tv wasn't working and this was only solved after 2 days. The safe in the room was also blocked so that a person from reception had to go to deblock it. We also had a hard time to access to wi-fi. The people attending reception service delivered random service. While the person who took care of the safe and helped us with wi-fi was very reactive and caretaking, there was another person, to whom we spoke about tv, who simply didn't care.

Please check before you book the double room because the have display only one picture of very beautiful room but rest of the rooms are crab and even worst then that, and we were offered the worst room so I recommend please check before booking and confirm by calling them .....

My boyfriend and I enjoyed a lovely 3 days break at this venice hotel. It was literally 30sec away from st marks square, and was beautiful. Would thoroughly recommend, both Venice and the hotel. Very good breakfast

The bedroom we had was great. Comfortable bed and clean room. We had a very nice view to the canals and a lot of space in our bedroom. The internet connection worked perfectly fine. It was also very close to St Marks square. My husband and I really liked it!
