Al Gazzettino

Szép, tiszta szobánk volt. A canalisra néző szoba szuper. Nagyon jó helyen, a központban van, könnyen elérhető minden a hoteltől. A klíma 24 órát üzemelhet, mire megérkeztünk már le volt hűtve a szobánk, ami igen jól esett a 35 fokban. A személyzet udvarias, a légkör családias. Nem a luxusról szól, de akinek az a fontos, hogy frekventált helyen legyen, hogy minél többet láthasson és tiszta helyen hajtsa álomra a fejét, annak tökéletes.

A fürdőszoba kicsi, a reggeli szegényes, de ez szinte minden velencei (olasz) szállásra igaz.

Everyone was very helpful. It was a classic small Ventian hotel. Very Charming. Room overlooked a small canal with two lovely Gondola's tied up below.

Bathroom /shower was cramped but this was not a big detraction from our stay there.

The staff very helpful, especially Anthony who helped me book the flight and showed me the best shops. The room was very nice. The hotel has a central location.

It' s a very nice hotel. Rooms large and clean. The best location for shopping. The staff very helpfull. Good breakfast.

I was very impressed good position and lovely rooms, all Hotel facilities and very good service. The room was cleaned every day. The breakfast wonderfull is better than other italian Hotels, with a good variety of food, The personal was helpful. Good restaurant inside!!!

The hotel was easy to find and very central for Venice. The staff were pleasant and helpful.

The dining area could be improved. There are photo's of how it used to look and it would be great if they re-created that.

Hotel room was really comfotable (especially the bed) and location is perfect (between San MArco and Rialto)

It was close to everything but the top floor was really hot but the room had great aircon, the bathroom wasnt in the room it was in the hallway which was ok but when you had to use it in the middle of the nite??????

The hotel was comfortable and it was located near all the stores and san marco. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The shower needs to run for about 10 minutes before there is any hot water and you cannot use the hotel phone to call out. Dont have a great restaurant either.

Very good location to all major attractions. Our room looked right over the canal and we could see the condolas passing by. The room itself was nicely done in the Venitien baroque style. Very pleasant people at the front desk and at the restaurant (for breakfast and dinner).

Mildew stains in the corners of the shower. Needed to ask a new password every 24hrs to use their wireless. And was asked to pay my bill in cash ten minutes before check out time after a 5 nite stay( they said that the credit card machine was not working properly). Problem resolved quickly when we swiped my credit card and payment was accepted:))

I loved the location of Al Gazzettino. And my room was so beautiful! The hotel is easily reached by public boat and then some wandering through the streets of Venice. Buy a map--although the streets and the maps don't necessarily match! Don't worry, it's actually fun to wander for a bit and you will find the place

The rooms were big and tidy, breakfast was quite nice and the breakfast room staff very friendly.

There were problems with the reservation -- an extra bed had been confirmed by the hotel by email but was not available when we arrived. After several quite persistent attempts at getting us to accept a less suitable accommodation, the clerk agreed to give us enough beds/rooms -- my thanks for that.
