Location amazing!!! Staff very nice! Nice apartment with good kitchen and bathroom and a washing machine! Highly recommend to stay here!!!

Too squashy for 4 adults, only 1 bedroom so two people had to sleep on pull-out couch and it was very uncomfortable. Would be perfect for just 2 people.

The room was beautiful and very clean. The location was near to the places to see and good restaurants. It was 10 min walk away from the city center so you could sleep your nights in silence. The owner was very kind and helpful. They had a free Wifi. From Monday till Saturday the breakfast (if included) is served in a small bakery where they serve a very good breakfast.

The room was quite small but if you stay just a weekend it's perfect. The bathroom had wooden floors.

Easy parking at Piazzale Michealangelo, walking distance to incredible restaurants and bars. Proximity to ponte vecchio. Proximity to the city without having to drive into it.

It got quite warm, couldn't find the ac control. We opened windows and it cooled off in evening.

Fantastic! We had a lovely stay at this hotel. The owner of the apartments were the friendliest and most helpful of all the hotels we were staying in during or trip to Italy. We felt so welcome from the day we arrived till we left. Will definately recommend this hotel. Location, excellent! Walk distance to all sights. Five star for sure!

Alessia was very friendly and helpful. The apartment is nicely and stylishly appointed and a short walk from the Ponte Vechio and the historic centre. The parking up the hill at Piazza Michelangelo is free and unlimited and the view from there is marvellous. The apartment is situated in a part of town which was unfamiliar to me and felt much less 'touristy' than I would have expected. The breakfast at the nearby bakery is nice too, and there are restaurants nearby which are both lively and authentic.

Nothing at all, although the walk back up to the car park could be a challenge for some!

Excellent welcome, very friendly and anytime ready to help staff (thanks again to Alessia!), felt more like coming to visit a friend than staying in a hotel :) The location is in a nice neighborhood, right next to Michelangelo park, nice restaurants around, pleasant ambiance at any time of the day, walking distance to the old city center (10-15 min). Charming, clean and comfortable rooms. Very nice terrace at the entrance, with wonderful jasmine, roses and candels.

Really great location!!! – we just loved it. If You do not like crowd and enjoy nature, but You want to be close the city center, it is just perfect for You. Only few minutes walk from the Arno’s beach and from the Michelangelo square (best view over the whole city and lovely regional market where You can buy wine, olive oil or grappa). The apartment was very clean and good equipped. The staff extremely friendly. Free parking place. We staid even one day more than planned. I have recommended this place to all my friends.

Only one bedroom but we knew it booking this apartment

The owner wasn't really helpful, we booked 2 room for 2 and 3 people each. But, the 2 rooms were in different location with 30 min by walk on the way to Plazza di Michelangelo. We have to walk along with luggages uphill. Breakfast was in the cafe 15 min away with one cafe and Only one bread per person. We pay the difference since the food isn't enough. If you want to travel comfortable, this is definitely not the one.

    - The room was very cozy, nice and clean. - Location is perfect! Away from all the city fuss and just next to the Piazzale Michelangelo. - Sara (the owner) and her husband were very nice and helpful!

    - It took the owner a while to come and meet us as she was attending to other customers elsewhere. It was raining a lot which made it unconfortable. - The shower handle broke, which made the water not stop pouring. However, the owners came steadily in the middle of the night and fixed it.
