Impruneta is actualy the suburb of Florence, 20-30 min away from centre of the city. It is close to road Florence-Siena, perhaps it is little bit noisy but for us it was great to easy reach many destination in Toscana in short time. The Host recommended us some restaurants in the vicinity and in Florence, and we found many nice restaurants in the cities we visited.

Poor customer service. Especially in the wine sales area.
Poor customer service. Especially in the wine sales area. Sent an email with regards the box used to package my three bottles of wines purchased from them,which burst from the bottom after a few hours, and I lost my wines.....they never replied nor acknowledged my email.I was totally ignored!

Barbara, the owner, is very lovely and cares for everything, always ready to help with all needs. Her recommendations for restaurants were welcomed. Our children enjoyed the dog Otto the most. The house is big with single big bedroom and a fully equipped kitchen including basics - caffee, sugar, salt, oil...Additional bonus was jacuzzi in the garden. Our stay at her property was very enjoyable.
