The room was very nice and the porter friendly. The location is perfect. One of the breakfast maids was unbearable and made such a noise preparing the breakfast that we woke up every morning at 6 a.m. An other one managed to prepare the breakfast silently without waking us up. |

The personnel was exteremely helpful. We have got exactly the room we have asked for, and which was even better that expected. The view was great, the room - very specious, in old Venetian style, the balcony - very romantic. We could enjoy breakfast in the room. We were feeling in the center of the center of Venice - everything so close. We strongly reccommend the hotel! No, we liked everything! It was a great city trip and one of the reasons is the great hotel and hotel service. |

The room was fantastic, the location could not be better, and the service was first class. When I booked, I had no idea I would be staying at the Bridge of Sighs Hotel so we got a very unexpected bonus! This hotel also has a sister hotel just a block further into the canal system with a charming waterfront garden which we only found on our last morning. The garden looked perfect for having an evening drink. I did not enjoy carrying my luggage from the public ferry pier and I suggest the hotel can do a little more to coordinate this aspect with first-time guests. Not everyone will want to spend 70 Euro on a water taxi but a porter to meet the ferry at a given time would be good! I booked late through the internet and it may be that the hotel does offer this service to guests who plan better in advance! |

Hotel is in fully renovated typical Venetian building, very romantic and just a few meters away from Piazza San Marco. Breakfast is only room service, which makes you feel kind of exclusive :) . Rooms are big and clean, staff is very kind - since we told them we're on honeymoon, a bottle of champaign waited us in our room... No complementary water. They charged a 1/2 L bottle 2,5 euros. |

Room was a very classical design with lovely decor, right in the best area of venice just off Saint Marks square. Don't think you could get any better for the money and breakfast in your room was a very nice extra. |

The location is convenient and close to restaurants, sites and activities The staff is not helpful and the beds are old and hard as a rock. Three friends stayed and had same comment on the beds. |

The location was excellent. Right in the center of Venice, with a boat dock, and nevertheless quiet. Breakfast in the room was a plus. When asked for restaurant suggestions, they suggested an affiliated restaurant which wasn't very good. Also, the breakfast rolls were not very fresh. |

The hotel was very comfortable and was furnised in a Venitian style. It was very close to St Marks Square and was an ideal location for exploring the city.The staff were extremly helpful. |

We found the staff extremely friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The decor in the rooms was beautiful and bordering on the luxurious. We certainly wouldn't hesitate in returning. It is a real gem! |

Arredamento molto bello, stanza spaziosa, posizione centrale. Graditissima la soluzione pacchetto pacchetto in junior suite. Colazione servita in camera abbondante ma non di eccelsa qualità. Nel complesso una stupenda vacanza sicuramente da rifare. Solo la vasca idromassaggio che non funzionava. Non disponibilità di stivali o altro per poter uscire in caso di acqua alta. Sarebbero stati graditi anche se fossero stati disponibili per l'acquisto. |
