Very high standard B&B. Perfect location.

Manuele the owner was exceptionally helpful at all times ( and very patient explaining to me how to get there from the train station!). Great location and price. I would definitely stay again.

Excellent service compared to the price. Absolutely helpful and nice BB personel. The breakfast is served in a nearby bar which makes it as a real Italian experience. Comfort and cleanness of the room meets higher standards compared to a 3 star hotel. There are free parking lots in the nearby, easy to find at all times. The port is 5 minutes walk.

The design of the conversion from apartment in a residential building was very good. We were allowed to store our luggage on departure day without additional charge was very welcome. Our host Manuele was very helpful and welcoming. Would happily recommend to other travellers.

It was not clear from the booking.com website that this was a converted apartment within a modern building and the entrance was difficult to find. We've had our fair share of hotels giving out misleading information in the past and thought that this was another one, but once inside it revealed itself to be a sympathetic conversion. The description of the accommodation should be looked at to reflect the location and type.

was what it what we expected very clean and large rooms would have been better if instead of coffee/tea machine they had a kettle as tea tasted of coffee even if you flused it through but this is small point sea veiw was correct but only if you stand on balcony and are tall but on whole for the price it was what we expected

La situation est bonne, proche des transports tant urbains qu'internationaux. Le design de la chambre est agréable.

La chambre n'était pas assez propre, il y avait beaucoup de poussière et le sol n'avait pas été lavé alors que nous sommes restées 4 nuits.

Design curato, luogo tranquillo e rilassante per poter riposare dopo una intensa giornata di lavoro.

Chambres super bien tenues. Proximité immédiate du centre On s'y sent comme à la maison Petit déjeuner à l'entrée d'une grande surface (comique)

Ascenseur en panne les 2 derniers jours (4è étage, pfff) mais pas bien grave.

Un accueil sympathique, une chambre joliment décorée,

Un lit inconfortable et bancal la chambre sur la rue très bruyante la nuit (des chiens qui hurlent jusqu'à 3 heures du matin...)

Alla camera N.4 il segnale del wi-fi è scarso - la camera non viene rifatta se non dal terzo giorno(assurdo) e sul sito non è menzionato - il condizionatore non funziona come dovrebbe -

Lo specchio del bagno è bellissimooooo !! L hotel è davvero posto in una bellissima zona, staff gentilissimo ,mi sentivo a casa..

Muy bién ubicado.El Sr, Manuel amable y discreto. Existe un saloncito con caramelos, agua ,café y té para utilizar en cualquier momento. Habitación amplia y confortable. Tiene balcón con vistas.No falta de nada. Recomendable.Estuvimos muy a gusto.

No tiene parking y hay que utilizar la zona azul de la calle a no ser que te desplaces mucho mas lejos... Es un poco dificil de encontrar,ya que se encuentra en la última planta de un edificio de vecinos y solo tiene una plaquita en la puerta.

Mi sono trovato molto bene, letto comodo, bagno spazioso, tutto ben pulito. Buona posizione

Pequeño hostal cómodo y bien situado. Atención óptima. Café gratis en recepción. El desayuno es en un bar a 5 minutos, agradable. A nice little hotel. Comfortable and well placed. Optimal attention. Free coffee at the front desk. Breakfast in a bar 5 min away.

Único problema: el ruido del tráfico a partir de las 7:30 de la mañana. Only problem: traffic noises from 7:30 on.

Mi è piaciuta la posizione perchè vicina al ristorante dove dovevamo cenare!

Al nostro arrivo in camera mancava il copriletto, il tappeto era arrotolato per terra e c'era polvere in quantità. Il minuscolo frigo era spento e il balcone penoso. Decisamente troppo caro rispetto ai servizi offerti.

B&B bien placé à Cagliari. pas de charme particulier mais de grandes chambres très propres, des bouteilles d'eau et du café sont mis gratuitement à la disposition des clients dans le hall. Accueil sympathique du propriétaire qu'il faut prévenir de l'heure d'arrivée, sinon il n'est pas là!
