In a converted 18th century police station, these elegant self-catering apartments feature Venetian furniture and large windows. St. Mark's Square is a 10-minute walk away.

We loved the location; we loved the ambience of the apartment and the attention to detail.
The communication before arriving was excellent. There was no stone unturned and the directions to the apartment and arrangements for entry were flawless. Entering the apartment caused us all to draw a breath because of the quality and size. The view was also spectacular. The facilities from the razor in the bathroom to the selection of items in the kitchen were great. We thought the location may cause a problem being a little out of the way but it was an advantage due to the quiet location and the ease of the water buses. I could go into detail but needless to say .... Just book it
Clean room and helpful staff. Only 5 mins vaparetto ride to St Marks square. Will definately use again.
This place was amazing, and I mean amazing.Samuel was great in explaining where to go and what to do to make our visit to venice so easy. We would have loved to stay longer and we are already planning our next trip.
The location. The size of the apartment. The excellent design and quality of the building, furnishings and fixtures. The professionalism of the proprietor. The sense of living in Venice rather than just visiting.
Having to leave. Nothing else.
ai Redentori is a amazing hotel!
The quality of the accommodation was excellent with everything we needed. Easy to get to from the airport by bus and boat, no problems at all and a lovely oasis of calm awaits. Never tired of looking out of the window across the water at Venice. Would definitely stay here again.
Nothing to dislike, all good.
Excellent location, bed very comfortable, showers were great, apartment was spotless and very spacious. Staff were friendly and helpful. Could get to centre of Venice very easily and quickly on the vaporetto either via St Mark's or Zattere. You can buy a vaporetto pass (12 hour up to 7 days) at the airport that includes the Aerobus which is very fast to P. Roma.
Suggest you bring a bottle opener/corkscrew as there isn't one in the kitchen!
The hotel is gorgeous, it's nice to be a little outside of the main tourist areas of Venice but still in an area with lovely restaurants and lovely views back over Venice
clean, spacious and luxurious flat extremely helpful and friendly receptionist great location, close to the water bus stop and St Mark Square
Nothing. Our short stay here was perfect
Existing of kitchen in the apparment + WiFi service
Location .far from city center
Super friendly Samuel at reception. Great sized comfortable and well furnished rooms. Perfect base to explore Venice.
Very well appointed comfortable apartment with luxurious amenities. Location is convenient with only 3 vaporretto stops to Piazza San Marco.
Wifi slow and had to re-input username and password each and every time.
This hotel was a great place to visit Venice from. The island of Giudecca is off the main island, but easily reachable by the water buses (vaporettos). Frankly we found Giudecca relaxing after the mayhem which is the main island. There are some great restaurants with great views and so we found relaxing in the evenings on Giudecca a perfect end to a day of sight-seeing. The Hotel apartment room we had was spacious, comfortable, and well equipped. The staff were super friendly. If you do stay on Giudecca, make sure that you buy a Vaporetto pass for as long as you are in Venice. tickets for each trip cost 7.0 Euro each and so a five day ticket for 50 Euro saved us money after 2 days of use.
My only minor, minor, gripe is that the wifi was limited to one device. This was fine, but it would have been better to be able to hookup up all our devices.
I wish that I have had picked more days there.
Nothing to hate
Our family of four thoroughly enjoyed our three nights in the one-bedroom apartment, which exceeded our expectations. Although we expected our two boys to have to share a double fold-out bed, the staff was able to add a single bed in a small closetlike room, so that the each boy had his own bed and sleeping area. The furnishings and appliances are modern and attractive. The bathrooms were spacious, and the hot water and water pressure were great. As for location, we loved staying on Giudecca, away from the craziness of Venice proper. A large grocery store is a short walk away, as are several restaurants. There are two vaporetto stops very close by, and it’s just a short ride to San Marco. The people attending the front desk were very helpful with restocking supplies, answering questions, and booking a private water taxi to the airport. The front desk is attended only from morning until midafternoon.
The kitchen is fairly large; our only complaint is that it wasn’t well stocked compared with what we’ve found in other apartment rentals—the kitchen tools were lacking (no salad tongs, scissors, or corkscrew), and there were only four place settings. But this is a minor complaint.
1.Staff is not friendly, mask face, not welling to help You have to park your car in public parking (25€) and take taxi boat, be carefull not to have heavy big bags
The apartment was spacious, well decorated, excellent bathrooms and kitchen. It was spotless and we were always asked if we needed anythig. They had a nespresso coffee machine and provided refill cups as well as toasts, jams, teas. We liked being on Guidecca Island, just a short varopetto ride from St. Mark's Square, but quiet and not touristy.
We were pleased with everything and would definitely stay there again.
We stayed in apartment 206 for the last 3 nights of our honeymoon in Italy and after reading the great reviews when choosing this place to say, we were not disappointed. It is a fabulous place to stay. We had 3 windows overlooking a small and large canal. It was quiet, very comfortable and very convenient to reach the hub of Venice by water bus. It took 2 hours to reach by vaparetto from Marco Polo airport with 1 change in boat required. On arrival we were welcomed by a bottle of prosecco (as we told them we were on honeymoon) and we bought a delicious take away pizza from a restaurant 5 mins walk away. There are two supermarkets within a short walk. Andrea and Samuel at reception were friendly and helpful. Great shower and bathroom, small but functional kitchenette with hob, kettle, coffee maker, fridge, dishwasher. Great air con. Comfy bed. Safe. We will be back for our next trip to Venice. Highly recommended.
We had 1 pillow each and are used to 2 but we were given an extra pillow each for our last night. There were little English speaking options on TV but you don't go to Venice to watch TV so not a problem for us. Other than these minor issues, it was perfect!
Andrea was an excellent host and made us feel very welcome. I would definiteky stay again if travelling to Venice as it was easy to find and the directions given were bang on. Thanks Andrea.
-- 2 Supermarket nearby -- Bakery nearby -- Away from the main tourist -- Good connection via Vaparetto -- Clean loaction If we would stay there again ? Yes of course - staying somewhere else in Venice is wasting of money.
It was great place to stay, definitely! Staff were very kind and the apartment is so clean and has all equipment you need, even has laundry machine. I will definitely stay agin when I revisit Venice in Nov.
Everything was perfect.
wonderful place to stay! Enjoyed being a bit away from all the activity around the Square. Liked the fact that it was so spacious and that we could make our breakfasts the days we were there, with grocery stores just around the corner. The staff was very helpful. It is a wonderful spot for the price.
Stylish, spacious and very tasteful. The location is very accessible and the surrounding area is quiet and interesting, with good local shops and places to eat. We loved it!
Modern and comforatble room.
We have to take boat for 30 minutes from the train station, and it costs 7 euros single way.
