The room was excellent, the staff were friendly.The location was a street away from the beach We stayed in a double room, however there were only 2 pillows. We both like to sleep with two pillows each. We quite often find that there are extra pillows in the wardrobe or a cupboard, but this was not the case.Breakfast was probably typically Italian, but we would have preferred to have something hot, like boiled eggs, scrambled eggs, bacon. The orange juice was not proper orange juice. The coffee was from a machine and you cannae beat coffee from a coffee pot. What we had would not, I am sure, be appreciated by Italians, who, I believe, are lovers of good coffee. As a mere Scot I am not overly fussy, but it was rubbish.

Un buon hotel, confortevole, buona posizione, ... Per essere in liguria piu' che dignitoso ... Nella media nazionale al massimo 3 stelle ! Bagno piccolo, doccia piccola, phon malfunzionante (sembrava depotenziato), tv color "old stile", tapparella durissima, letto matrimoniale con 2 materassi, no wifi ...

Trop de bruit dans l hotel mal place sur une rue climatisation vetuste en mauvaise etat qui soufle de l air chaud et fait du bruit difficile de ce reposer quand on vient faire des affaires.pas terrible pour le prix oblige de prendre 1 parking tres cher pour garer la voiture .Enfin pas difficile de trouver mieux.

Gentilezza e disponibilita' del personale. Buona la cucina sia come qualità che quantità. Buona la pulizia della camera e dei luoghi comuni. Dimensioni ridotte della camera e del bagno rispetto a quanto ci si potrebbe aspettare da un hotel 4 stelle

Il cibo. Mi hanno accordato una mezza pensione camera matrimoniale uso singola al posto di b&b come prenotato inizialmente. Non ero piu' in compagnia ma solo. Camera con balcone nella verticale dello scarico fumi cucina dell'hotel, quindi odori in camera. Tavoletta del wc in condizioni orrende, doccia con tenda che non conteneva bene l'acqua.

Hôtel bien situé. Proche de la plage et des "petites rues" d'Alassio... Boutiques et autres restaurants sont vraiment tout près. Personnel aimable et serviable. Petit-déjeuner : il manquerait peut-être un choix plus grand de fromages et de fruits frais. Le personnel "nettoyant" est matinal et rapide. Cela peut gêner les lève-tard. Il suffit de pendre l'écriteau "ne pas déranger" et le tour est joué ! Sans aucun doute le point faible de cet établissement est le parking. Il n'y en a pas, ou alors un tout petit toujours complet (en haute saison) a vous de chercher une place plus ou moins éloignée de l'hôtel. Il y a un emplacement devant l'établissement, le temps de décharger la voiture et il faut ensuite tourner....

L'Hotel presentre una struttura sostanzialmente di buon livello anche se non giustifica il rapporto qualità/prezzo considerato sia I servizi offerti e sia la non differenziazione dei prezzi delle camere rispetto alla loro ubicazione all'interno del complesso (come ad esempio quella a me assegnata che è risultata essere sovrastante I locali cucina con gli immaginabili effluvi a cui si era sitematicamente sottoposti).

Il cibo ottimo di qualità e cucina Conto sbagliato e rivisto abbiamo prolungato il soggiorno di due gg. Al momento ci è stato confermato poi nn avevamo più la stanza e per una notte hanno provveduto a farci dormire in un altro hotel sempre di quattro stelle allo stesso prezzo,siamo stati disagiati e per fortuna avevamo amici che soggiornavano nello stesso hotel che ci hanno tenuto in camera loro le nostre valigie. Nn è stato piacevole,cmq poi ci hanno offerto la cena.

Quattro stelle? Ma non scherziamo!!! Muffa in bagno, frigo non funzionante, tv in camera invedibile, pagato 15 euro di parcheggio...e l'albergo il parcheggio non ce l'ha!!! Una presa in giro. Ho viaggiato tantissimo ma ve lo sconsiglio, solo caro e fumo negli occhi
