Modern hotel. Big room with good bathroom and separate kitchen. Own patio. Hotel has small swimming pool and is near to the beach. Little hard to find outside the city. Reception was not open all the time as indicated. |

THe breakfast is very good, and indeed the capuccino is great. The room we got was very big. The view is great if you don't get a room in the underground which is still good. The underground room, but it is still good. |

Near location to sea. Concise breakfast , but excellent chocolade and ok coffee. Family room had ok size balcony. Clean rooms. There was garbage place for hotel garbage within 4meters. Railway near. English communication not so sufficient. |

Right on the beach but no private beach in front of it. Free parking. Seems like all people staying for one night only get rooms on the ground floor, which is basically under the ground and we felt like we were in a dorm or something. This is a residence, so you have to arrive during the working hours or else there will be no one at the reception.The floor in the corridor was dirty. Poor breakfast. |

Nice clean rooms, with kitchenette, Simple but good breakfast with an excellent Capuccino. Because we only stayed one night we got a downstairs room without balcony, room was good size but had no view. |

Value for money, with free parking facilities and roomy apartment. When we arrived during the opening hours of the reception, the reception was closed and we needed to call and wait for someone to arrive. The breakfast was quite basic and also starts a bit later (08:30) which is good to note for early risers. |

Beautiful new building, spacious apartment. Difficult to find. No-one on reception when we arrived. We were lucky one of the tennants came along. |

Posizione incantevole direttamente sulla spazio,ampio bilocale con veranda direttamente sulla spiaggia. Vista incantevole sull'isola Gallinara. A 100 metri dalle discoteche Essaouira , Le Vele, Joy Club. La vettura è i dispensabile per raggiungere Alassio in pochi minuti. Consiglio di concordare con lo staff l'arrivo , il check-in è dalle 15 alle 18 |

la gentilezza del personale della reception che tramite telefono ci ha guidato fino a raggiungere l'hotel ,l'ampiezza e comodità dei locali la totale mancanza di segnaletica per raggiungerlo, l'impianto di riscaldamento a pompe di calore non sufficiente , la prima colazione modesta |

Adeguata pulizia della camera. Struttura piuttosto vetusta. Gli interni e i servizi possono rendere l'hotel classificabile come un 3 stelle e non certo un 4. L'aspetto più fastidioso è dato dagli odori di cucina, ormai stantii, credo, di anni, che impregnano l'intero edificio. Noi eravamo al 3° piano e l'odore era comunque dominante. |

Das Hotel hat grosszügige, helle Räume mit Balkon.Preis/Leistungsverhältniss stimmt. Das Frühstückbuffet ist etwas fragwürdig. 2 Knäckebrot, Butter und Konfitüre sowie 1 gefülltes Gipfeli. |

Nous avons séjourné, dans une chambre quadruple. Celle ci était spacieuse, la vue sur la mer est sympa. La proximité d'Alassio et de ses plages. La proximité de la mer est bien mise en valeur sur le site mais pas la proximité du train !!! Les enfants ont mal dormi, c'est très bruyant. Nous y étions hors saison donc quasiment seuls dans la résidence, je pense que lorsqu'il y a du monde ce doit etre très bruyant également vu l'insonorisation. Attention il ya des chambres qui sont un peu en sous sol donc pas de vue sur la mer, et d'autres ou vous avez la vue sur le train !!! |

Proximité et vue sur la mer, grandeur des appartements à 4 lits, cuisine bien équipée, terrasse, petite piscine, tranquilité signalisation de la résidence peu claire, accès nécessaire avec plusieurs clefs (absence de personnel en dehors de quelques heures par j.), Chambres au sous-sol peu conviviale! |
