It is well situated, near Porto Cervo, Porto Rotondo, Baia Sardinia and all the beatiful places in Costa Esmeralda 1.- There is no continue desk attendance, so if you don't know the office hours and you arrive after these you have a problem or at least you have to wait. 2.- Very hot apartment in the bedroom without air condition. 3.- Most of the rooms are very, very close to one of the major local coastal roads so the noise is very unconfortable, and with the high temperatures you can't open the windows. 4.- The swiming pool is in fact in the neighbour apartments son you have to cross a little road to get there. |

manca il aire acondizionado non ce airia condizionada, e fano la pulizia una volta a settimana e cambiano lenzuola e ascigamano e non va bene |

Ho apprezzato l'ampiezza e l'arredamento della camera dotata di ampio salone con grandi vetrate con affaccio sul giardinetto, piccola cucina, ampio bagno. Le due piscine, di cui una più ampia, dotate di ombrelloni e lettini, sono molto belle e poco frequentate nel periodo di bassa stagione. La posizione (liscia di vacca) è molto buona e consente in pochi minuti di macchina di raggiungere Porto Cervo e le sue più belle spiagge come anche (con un viaggio più lungo ma fattibilissimo in giornata) di visitare l'arcipelago di La Maddalena e Capraia. Complessivamente il soggiorno è stato molto positivo. |

Residence molto elegante e curato.Appartamento davvero tranquillo e ben arredato, ampio, in zona prestigiosa, a due passi dalla spiaggia e da Porto Cervo. Piacevoli le piscine inserite nel contesto. |
