Ideal location in terms of connection to Venice. About 200 m. to the vaporetto stop "Faro" and about 400 m. to "Colonna". In my mind, it is much better to stay there than on the outskirts of the Venice old town if you prefer a quite stay. Some cafés which are open till late in the eveninga re located near the hotel. .
The cafeteria of the hotel served beautiful coffee, but the breakfast itself was symbolic: coffee and cruasane and one day they even run off cruasanes serving instead just bread roll. Mosquitoes were really nasty. Take care in advance of special means. The electric vaporizer in the room against mosquitos was empty and no personnel available to ask for a refilling.
Everything is clean and tidy. The location is perfect. The rooms are comfortable as a 4 star. Breakfast is one star better than expected. From the hotel to the Venice water bus goes 5 minutes. The staff was wonderful and kindly. I recommend it with full responsibility.
the location is near the port, staffs are friendly and nice.
If you wish to stay on quaint Murano this is the inexpensive way to do it. The staff was overall friendly
The reception closes early. The breakfast is very basic.
It's very easy to access, the location is beautiful and peaceful. The staff was helpful however only available before dark. Breakfast was good nothing special but it did the job. We had a great overal experience, I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a quiet hotel.
Everything was fine
Perfect for a break on Murano. Greate service. Tasty breakfast.
The staff Bedroom Breakfast
Great location on Murano Island, clean and quiet place.
Friendly staff, also has a café (not open in the evenings though this was not a problem), great position, near a waterbus stop, good value and Murano is peaceful after a day in the city.
The staff was nice and friendly, room and bathroom clean, location is excellent, very close to Faro vaporetto stop
Breakfast was a bit minimalistic, no fruit
Quiet location, perfect place on Murano.
The worst hotel experience ever my wife and I had. We were on our honeymoon and stayed at 5 different hotels through Booking.com and loved all other hotels. This hotel should not be advertised on your website. The owners are hot-tempered, and will cuss at you. I was not able to sleep all night. I can't say anything about other rooms but the room we stayed in had water pipe going through, so every time other guests use the water in bathroom, you can hear all about it. Mosquitoes will be hunting you all night. When I complained about the mosquitoes they told me "It's Venice of course there are mosquitoes" Also, they told me there is a mosquitoe-repelling device plugged, which there was, but empty. We did not even know it was for the mosquitoes, but thought it was for the smell. And when we told them it was empty, which I saw around midnight, they told me I should have let them know. But, they are not there to help anybody after dark. The room is tiny and bathroom is so small. In the states, these kind of hotel will charge you $30 top. This place was 80 some euros. We booked here for two nights but I told them I cannot stay one more night. They got angry at us and cussed at us. I told them this is not fair and won't pay for the second night. He said he will call the cops on us. We got tired of arguing and did not want to have worse experience on our honeymoon. So, we paid full price and told them we will be writing bad reviews about them. They replied, "I don't bloody care what you write about us, we pay 15% already to them(Booking.com)". If you and your loved ones are looking for a hotel in Venice, do not stay in Murano. Stick with the main island even if it is pricier. We were so excited about Venice but this hotel experience ruined Venice for us.
Nice sized room and bathroom
