Quiet location, with all necessary facilities, children's playground, parking, swimming pool as an afternoon blessing after a hot summer day. Recommendations made by the lady of the house for local restaurants and festivals. A big plus in English conversations with Annarita, our host. In a word, thank you for the successful holiday thanks to Annarita and her husband Massimo.

The lady who checked us in saw it right away and drove in from her house to open the hotel for us, and she gave us an upgrade to a bigger room with a balcony, and helped carry our bags up. The room was clean and comfortable and the view was incredible.

Bed was very comfortable for us. We adored the courtyard with lovely view on Cannara which could be used for morning coffee or evening relaxation. Also, owner is very talkative and gave us precious information how to get around, what to see and explained a bit of local history.

Room with patio is excellent, even when it rains you can sit outside. Very nice swimming pool with comfortable sun loungers. Good central location in Umbria to discover the region. Restaurants in the neigbourhood we liked: Perbacco, Hazienda, Il Vicoletto del Gusto.

It was extremely clean and everything worked perfectly. Its a 25 min drive from assisi, montefalco & bevagna.
