The rooms, for the cost, were very poor. Way to small for the cost involved. The staff never once asked if everything was okay, even when settling our bill. The staff during our stay never tried to make conversation. Finally the bar was closed each night we were there at midnight. This was a break for us and would have expected a lot more. |

1. Excellent location. It is very close to Giglio vaporetto stop, shopping, and major sightseeing attractions including San Marco Square. 2. Cleanliness, 3. Friendly and helpful staff, 4. Complimentary tour of Murano glass factory, 5. Quiet neighborhood, 6.The best and most sumptuous breakfast in Italy. No, there was't anything we didn't like. It met all of our expectations to our greatest satisfaction. |

Very well located, very nice people at the reception, very cheap internet (2€ per day and works very well), wonderful breakfast, very nice view (canal) Wallpaper would need to be refresh. A bit expensive, but this is the case for all hotels in Venice. |

Staff were efficient and friendly. The Inclusive Breakfast had good choice. The location was central , close to boat service and within walking distance to all the mains sites. The bed /mattress's were very uncomfortable. The addition of sausage and bacon on the breakfast menu would have been appealing to UK / US visitors. There was no restuarant in hotel however affiliated to a restuarant which was a 2min walk away which offered hotel guests a 10% discount. |

Hotel location is excellent, staff is very kind and helpful, rooms are very clean and breakfast is well. I will prefer this hotel again next time I visit Venice. Some rooms are small but if you want hotel staff can change your room. |

It was a very nice hotel and we have stayed there a lot. The staff are great and very helpful Yes, it is way too expensive for what you get and the non-refund policy is outrageous. |

This was our first stop on a 10 night vacation to Italy, and we had a great start in Venice. We were upgraded at check in to their junior suite on the 5th floor, a honeymoon suite all by itself with a window that opened to a small little terrace with flower pots overlooking the rooftops! We could hear the church bells from our room! The price was the highest we paid per night in all of Italy, but as I understand, that is Venice! |

The room was spacious yet retained traditional Italian charm. The location was very convenient to tourist attractions, shopping, the Accademia and the vaporetto. The staff were very friendly. |

This hotel was wonderful. Service was first class, rooms very comfortable and cleaned to the highest standard. Excellent breakfast and very conveniently situated just a few steps from a vaporetto stop and minutes from St Mark's Square. Would highly recommend it. |
