Our departure! The campstaff was very unfriendly, not interested at all and not professional to run a campsite. See above, beside that we couldn't use the pool. It was closed. We loved to swim but it was not possible. Arguing or complaining had no use |

To have a shuttle bus to Venice inside the camping is really a fantisctic idea. The Camping has free wireless internet, but only in a small restricted area. I think that to invest to cover all the camping would not be so much and the benefit for the users wolud be great. |

The gals at reception were very accomodating once we got thru the line The living room was portrayed to be full size and it was the size of a small kitchen. The first night we were there there was two girls in the restaraunt that were very rude. Also, it was very far from our room to the pool, store & etc. The lines for reception would be waiting from 10 to 30 minutes |

The staff is very friendly and they speak english very well. The room was confortable and clean. This made the stay very pleasant. The green areas can be improved. I would suggest more grass and less dust. But they are ok overall. |

They were very pleasant and helpful. Bus picked us up at Venice station and got us to Alba d'Oro promptly. Close to airport but really didn't notice the flight noise. Close to airport also helped since we had a flight at 6:30 in the morning. They arranged for a taxi to pick us up early but the cab charged us for the trip out and didn't drive to the airport with the most direct route. It was fine and cleaner than expected. |

They have a convenient shuttlebus to venice and a nice pool area It was a mosquito heaven.At first we didnt get the cabin we booked but after some time we got another one.Poorly equipped kitchen. |

La relación calidad-precio está bastante acertada, teniendo en cuenta que Venecia es una ciudad relativamente cara. El trato por parte de la plantilla fue genial, además cuentan con mucha información acerca de la ciudad. También nos sorprendió que la parada del autobús público estuviese justo delante, así como que nos asignaran una especie de apartamento en lugar de una casa móvil, típica de un cámping. Simplemente, en cuanto a los colchones, creo que deberían reemplazarlos, pues ya están en un estado más que decadente. Detalles como una pastilla de jabón para lavarse las manos también deberían tenerse en cuenta. |

La liaison de bus qui permet d'aller facilment et relativement rapidement sur Venise. Les avions qui décollent à quelques mètres de nous sans que cela soit précisé sur l'annonce et le grand manque de proporeté du mobile home. |

Nos ha encantado la atencion por parte del personal del Camping, que fue excelente. En la puerta del Camping hay una parada de autobus,llo coges y te lleva a Venecia y luego te trae. En el Camping hay de todo para realizar actividades. Mejor opcion para jovenes que quieren ver venecia. La limpieza de la habitacion no era muy buena. Había polvo por todos los sitios y en las mesitas habia suciedad probablemente de los anteriores inquilinos. A pesar de esto es la mejor opcion economica y de situacion para visitar Venecia. |
