Zentral gelegen, Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ok, Sauberkeit ok, Frühstück für italienische Verhältnisse gut, PKW-Abholservice ok. Wlan im Zimmer. Wir hatten überhaupt keine Beanstandungen und wir können dieses Hotel nur weiterempfehlen. |

Zentrale Lage; sehr nahe zu allen Sehenswürdigkeiten; freundliches, englischsprachiges Personal; gutes Fruhstück und saubere Zimmer Leider war die Klimaanlage in unserem Zimmer sehr laut. |

Das Hotel "Alba" hat uns von A-Z gefallen. Die Zimmer wurden tägl. gemacht, sowie neue Handtücher. Beim Frühstück ist für jeden was dabei. Wenn man lieb fragt, bekommt man auch ital. extra ;-). Liebes und freundl. Personal. Zentrale Lage. Spitze! |

das "alba" liegt 5 min vom bahnhof entfernt an einer kleinen straße die auch zum zentrum führt. lärmempfindliche mag das nachts vielleicht etwas stören.das hotel hat unmittelbar nach der buchung freundlich geantwortet und seine hilfe bei der vorbereitung der reise angeboten. die zimmer sind nicht besonders groß aber für einen städtetrip ausreichend. alles ist sehr sauber, recht neu und gepflegt. |

The room was very roomy for 3 people, beds were comfortble, room was very neat, bathroom was new and very clean. Loved the stone walls and interior decor of the room. Breakfast and dining area were also fantastic - alfresco dining. Great hotel at a great price. |

The location is really convenient that you can reach almost al the hot spots of Florence. Spacious room and good front office service. There is a good size flat screen TV, however lack of English speaking channel like Sports or Leisure channels other than just BBC World News and CNN. It would also add value if in-room tea/coffee making facilities is available that after a long day of touring around, you can put your feet up and enjoy a cup of tea/coffee in your room. |

This hotel was great. The room was excellent, clean, spatious, and cute; the air conditioning was a nice escape from the hot weather. Breakfast was also excellent, and the decor of the breakfast atrium was quite pleasant. The wireless internet was a nice addition, as was the safe. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The walk from the Santa Maria Novella station was very easy, and it was also easy to walk to the historical center of Florence. |

The hotel is situated a few minutes walk from the railway station, close to the centre of the city. Walking distance to everything. The breakfast was excellent, the staff was very nice and they were English spoken. Good service. The room was very nice! The air condition worked well. The entrance could have been more visible. A description on the web page of how to find the hotel when arriving at the train station would have been helpful. |

Pleasant and comfortable room. Easy access to city centre and public transport Very noisy from street, room was located near stairwell used by other guests who would then constantly slammed their doors. I would recommend the hotel to others but mention to check where the room was located to avoid these noises. |

We've liked almost everything! The staff are very nice, the room was clean, well illuminated, the well decorated, the breakfast was very nice to an 3 star hotel, and the location is perfect! 5 minutes on foot from the Train Station (Santa Maria Novella) and +/- 7 minutes on foot from the beautiful Duomo. The famous bridge Ponte Vecchio its about 10 minutes on foot. Almost forgot, the rooms have Playstation 2 where can be seen dvd and listen to some music. It won't have games or game controllers. |

Friendliness and helpfullness of staff, decor and layout of hotel, had a clean fresh open feel. Breakfast was good. Hotel is near all the sights. My single room was small as was the bathroom, that said it was very clean and bright. |
