Très bon hotel avec un personnel très accueillant. Les chambres sont calmes propres et agréables. La situation proche de la gare et du centre nous a parfaitement convenu. Le petit déjeuné buffet Le salon plus ou moins bien arrangé |

Hôtel très bien situé, à deux pas de la gare et proche du centre ville et des principaux monuments. Petit déjeûner très bien. Personnel très serviable. Hotêl à recommander vivement. |

Hotel plein de charme et très bien situé à proximité de tout. Bien placé pour les départs de visites monuments, rue piétonne.. Non. Parking un peu cher 26 €. Mais difficile de faire autrement dans Florence |

personnel tres aimable, petit dejeuner copieux, et hotel propre, agreable, facile a trouver deux choses importantes : le lit d'une chambre seule a un lit exagerement etroit, chambre petite (quoique avec tout le confort), mais surtout probleme de bruit en raison d'un bar ou autre jq 1heure du matin et plus, dommage car les double vitrages amortissaient assez les bruits de la rue !! donc difficile de s'endormir ...sans ce bruit, j'aurais certainement recommande ce hotel |

Friendliness and helpfullness of staff, decor and layout of hotel, had a clean fresh open feel. Breakfast was good. Hotel is near all the sights. My single room was small as was the bathroom, that said it was very clean and bright. |

The hotel is in walking distance from all facilities we wanted to see.Good service ,always helfull staff in the reception, great big clean rooms , good breakfast .We got upgrated to the most gorgious room I ever sleept in, and with the balcony to rest at, when we got back from shopping was superb .I would sertanly stay here again. |

It was extremely convenient for the railway and bus stations. One stepped from a busy street to a haven of civiilsation and tranquillity. And at very reasonable cosat too. Some might find the rooms a bit small but one does not go to Florence to sit in an hotel room. |

Very nice design and atmosphere, staff are very nice and welcoming. Rooms and bathrooms are clean. The location is very convenient, being next to the station and walking distance from most site seeings. I would definetly recommend it, and If I visit florence again I would stay there. Some of the staff could hardly understand English, which makes it a bit difficult to deal with them, but in the mornings there is always some staff who can communicate in English. |

Hotel newly renovated and very clean, staff helped with other bookings and it is very central in Florence near to the main railway and buses. Quality of room and building exceeded expectations and was a bit of luxury. Just a minor thing, the showers would benefit from some soap holders. |

Convenient location, helpful staff while there, left champagne in our room as we were on honeymoon. Lovely rooms, good airconditioning. I left something behind in the hotel and have had difficulty getting someone to help locate it. |

It was very clean, and the breakfast was fine. Room was very quite and large. The directions to the local sites were very good, as were the Restaurant recommendations. Good price for a 3 Star hotel. The AC made a very loud nosie and took two days to fix, and the hair dryer did work either. |

The staff was very friendly and the rooms were very clean. We didn't like the noise from the street that echoed into our room - we had the window open because it was so warm. And that also meant mesquitoes. |
