ハネムーンで宿泊することを事前にメールで伝えておいたところ、デザートワイン（スパークリング）1本とト- リュフ入りチョコがHappy weddingのメッセージとともにお部屋にあり、心遣いが大変嬉しかったです。お部屋はバスタブのある部- 屋をメールで要望しておいたところ、最上階で窓から遠くにクーポラが見える部屋でした。洗面が2つあり、ゆ- ったり使えました。内装は質素ながらもかわいらしく、エレベーターも素敵でした。朝食もトーストや菓子パン- 、シリアル、ヨーグルト、ハム類、フルーツなどで十分な内容でした。駅近く、サンタマリアノヴェッラ薬局の- 3軒隣という好立地でしたので、次回も利用したいと思っています。

部屋がすごく寒かったので暖房を入れてもらおうとしたら、急に冷えたから明日から暖房を入れる予定で今日は- 暖房は入らないと言われたのが残念でした。バスタブは身長180cm超の男性には少し狭かったようです（が- 本人はバスタブに浸かりながらリラックスして寝てました）。エレベーターは最上階まで行かないので、1階分- の階段を登らなければなりませんでしたが、最上階でなければ全く問題ありません。

オレンジ色の内装が女性らしい雰囲気のするホテルです。通常の部屋にもバスタブがあり、水回りも新しく使い- やすくなっています。　スィートの部屋もみましたが、実際にはロフトがあり、それぞれにベッドのあるファミリールームといった感じ- です。ジャグジーはありますが、バスタブはないので、熱いお湯につかりたい場合は、通常の部屋のほうが適し- ています。

very good location, clean, good value for money

The room was very roomy for 3 people, beds were comfortble, room was very neat, bathroom was new and very clean. Loved the stone walls and interior decor of the room. Breakfast and dining area were also fantastic - alfresco dining. Great hotel at a great price.

The location is really convenient that you can reach almost al the hot spots of Florence. Spacious room and good front office service.

There is a good size flat screen TV, however lack of English speaking channel like Sports or Leisure channels other than just BBC World News and CNN. It would also add value if in-room tea/coffee making facilities is available that after a long day of touring around, you can put your feet up and enjoy a cup of tea/coffee in your room.

Proximity to the train station and the Market place and excellent shopping areas. It was within walking distance of the main attractions, the Duomo, and museums

This hotel was great. The room was excellent, clean, spatious, and cute; the air conditioning was a nice escape from the hot weather. Breakfast was also excellent, and the decor of the breakfast atrium was quite pleasant. The wireless internet was a nice addition, as was the safe. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The walk from the Santa Maria Novella station was very easy, and it was also easy to walk to the historical center of Florence.

Friendly multi-lingual front desk staff, close to the train station, clean, comfortable and comes with a very good breakfast.

Pleasant and comfortable room. Easy access to city centre and public transport

Very noisy from street, room was located near stairwell used by other guests who would then constantly slammed their doors. I would recommend the hotel to others but mention to check where the room was located to avoid these noises.

The friendliness of the staff was just brilliant. And the location from the train station and the centre of town was perfect.

Friendliness and helpfullness of staff, decor and layout of hotel, had a clean fresh open feel. Breakfast was good. Hotel is near all the sights.

My single room was small as was the bathroom, that said it was very clean and bright.

It was extremely convenient for the railway and bus stations. One stepped from a busy street to a haven of civiilsation and tranquillity. And at very reasonable cosat too.

Some might find the rooms a bit small but one does not go to Florence to sit in an hotel room.
