Goede ontvangst van de receprionist. Hij legde veel uit over de bereikbaarheid van het centrum van Florence en gaf diverse tips voor bezienswaardigheden. De 3-persoonskamer was prima en goed ingericht. |

Zeer aardige receptiemedewerkers. Prima schoonmaak. Hotel ligt vlak bij het centrum. Kleine kamer, veel lawaai op straat. |

het was een perfect hotel. Zeer schone, ruime kamers.De badkamer was zeer schoon.Het personeel was zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het ontbijt was compleet, zowel zoet als hartig. De afstand tot het centrum was 10 minuten lopen. afstand vanaf het station was 5 minuten lopen. goed restaurant in de buurt. |

Leuk hotel goed gelegen bij de mooiste winkels van Florence, station 5 mn lopen, Uficio 15mn lopen. Kamer aan rustige binneplaats. Om 7 uur gewekt door kerktoren. Mooie tijd. Kleinigheden : WC bril zat los. Deurtje naar badkamertje piepte. |

Friendliness and helpfullness of staff, decor and layout of hotel, had a clean fresh open feel. Breakfast was good. Hotel is near all the sights. My single room was small as was the bathroom, that said it was very clean and bright. |

The hotel is in walking distance from all facilities we wanted to see.Good service ,always helfull staff in the reception, great big clean rooms , good breakfast .We got upgrated to the most gorgious room I ever sleept in, and with the balcony to rest at, when we got back from shopping was superb .I would sertanly stay here again. |

It was extremely convenient for the railway and bus stations. One stepped from a busy street to a haven of civiilsation and tranquillity. And at very reasonable cosat too. Some might find the rooms a bit small but one does not go to Florence to sit in an hotel room. |

Very nice design and atmosphere, staff are very nice and welcoming. Rooms and bathrooms are clean. The location is very convenient, being next to the station and walking distance from most site seeings. I would definetly recommend it, and If I visit florence again I would stay there. Some of the staff could hardly understand English, which makes it a bit difficult to deal with them, but in the mornings there is always some staff who can communicate in English. |

Hotel newly renovated and very clean, staff helped with other bookings and it is very central in Florence near to the main railway and buses. Quality of room and building exceeded expectations and was a bit of luxury. Just a minor thing, the showers would benefit from some soap holders. |

Convenient location, helpful staff while there, left champagne in our room as we were on honeymoon. Lovely rooms, good airconditioning. I left something behind in the hotel and have had difficulty getting someone to help locate it. |

It was very clean, and the breakfast was fine. Room was very quite and large. The directions to the local sites were very good, as were the Restaurant recommendations. Good price for a 3 Star hotel. The AC made a very loud nosie and took two days to fix, and the hair dryer did work either. |

The staff was very friendly and the rooms were very clean. We didn't like the noise from the street that echoed into our room - we had the window open because it was so warm. And that also meant mesquitoes. |

Pretty clean and great location (very close to the train station). The single room was compact but comfortable enough. Given the price, the value is good. Sometimes I couldn't connect to the Internet properly. |

Breakfast was very good, lots of choice. Hotel was central to everything. Room cleaning and servicing was top notch. Staff were extremely helpful once they were able understand our request. Even with double glazing street noise was annoying for a light sleeper, earplugs suggested if this is an issue. Triple glazing for street facing windows when they are being replaced next. En suite bathroom sliding door does not optimize privacy. |
