De kamer was heel ruim en hoog. Er was een vide in geplaatst waardoor de kinderen boven een eigen plekje hadden. Met twee flatscreens, een playstation, een dubbele douche en een groot bubbelbad een hele luxe kamer. De ligging was perfect, midden in het centrum. De auto werd door iemand opgehaald en naar een parkeergarage in de buurt gebracht. Er staat een computer in de hal waar je gratis gebruik kunt maken van internet (handig om even iets op te zoeken. Het ontbijt was goed maar niet heel bijzonder. Bij het ontbijt was maar 1 persoon om voor koffie/thee te zorgen, aan te vullen, vieze tafels leeg te ruim. Dat was te weinig. |

Goede ontvangst van de receprionist. Hij legde veel uit over de bereikbaarheid van het centrum van Florence en gaf diverse tips voor bezienswaardigheden. De 3-persoonskamer was prima en goed ingericht. |

Zeer aardige receptiemedewerkers. Prima schoonmaak. Hotel ligt vlak bij het centrum. Kleine kamer, veel lawaai op straat. |

het was een perfect hotel. Zeer schone, ruime kamers.De badkamer was zeer schoon.Het personeel was zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het ontbijt was compleet, zowel zoet als hartig. De afstand tot het centrum was 10 minuten lopen. afstand vanaf het station was 5 minuten lopen. goed restaurant in de buurt. |

Leuk hotel goed gelegen bij de mooiste winkels van Florence, station 5 mn lopen, Uficio 15mn lopen. Kamer aan rustige binneplaats. Om 7 uur gewekt door kerktoren. Mooie tijd. Kleinigheden : WC bril zat los. Deurtje naar badkamertje piepte. |

The room was very roomy for 3 people, beds were comfortble, room was very neat, bathroom was new and very clean. Loved the stone walls and interior decor of the room. Breakfast and dining area were also fantastic - alfresco dining. Great hotel at a great price. |

The location is really convenient that you can reach almost al the hot spots of Florence. Spacious room and good front office service. There is a good size flat screen TV, however lack of English speaking channel like Sports or Leisure channels other than just BBC World News and CNN. It would also add value if in-room tea/coffee making facilities is available that after a long day of touring around, you can put your feet up and enjoy a cup of tea/coffee in your room. |

Well located in Florence, close to the train station and within walking distance of mosts sights. Good and inexpensive restaurants nearby. Clean and quiet room with modern bathroom and well airconditioned. Provides computer with internet access. Staff very helpful. |

This hotel was great. The room was excellent, clean, spatious, and cute; the air conditioning was a nice escape from the hot weather. Breakfast was also excellent, and the decor of the breakfast atrium was quite pleasant. The wireless internet was a nice addition, as was the safe. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The walk from the Santa Maria Novella station was very easy, and it was also easy to walk to the historical center of Florence. |

The hotel is situated a few minutes walk from the railway station, close to the centre of the city. Walking distance to everything. The breakfast was excellent, the staff was very nice and they were English spoken. Good service. The room was very nice! The air condition worked well. The entrance could have been more visible. A description on the web page of how to find the hotel when arriving at the train station would have been helpful. |

Pleasant and comfortable room. Easy access to city centre and public transport Very noisy from street, room was located near stairwell used by other guests who would then constantly slammed their doors. I would recommend the hotel to others but mention to check where the room was located to avoid these noises. |

This hotel is very near to the Santa Maria Novella Station and many historical sites. The breakfeast is nice and the bedroom to the inner patio was silent. |
