Wspaniały hotel, kapitalna lokalizacja ładny pokój i bardzo dobre śniadanie. Jesli będę jeszcze we Florencji wybiorę ten sam hotel. |

The room was very roomy for 3 people, beds were comfortble, room was very neat, bathroom was new and very clean. Loved the stone walls and interior decor of the room. Breakfast and dining area were also fantastic - alfresco dining. Great hotel at a great price. |

The location is really convenient that you can reach almost al the hot spots of Florence. Spacious room and good front office service. There is a good size flat screen TV, however lack of English speaking channel like Sports or Leisure channels other than just BBC World News and CNN. It would also add value if in-room tea/coffee making facilities is available that after a long day of touring around, you can put your feet up and enjoy a cup of tea/coffee in your room. |

Friendly, helpful staff Very loud traffic noise from hotel bedroom (train station and main street)which meant lhardly any sleep despite an otherwise comfortable room. |

Well located in Florence, close to the train station and within walking distance of mosts sights. Good and inexpensive restaurants nearby. Clean and quiet room with modern bathroom and well airconditioned. Provides computer with internet access. Staff very helpful. |

This hotel was great. The room was excellent, clean, spatious, and cute; the air conditioning was a nice escape from the hot weather. Breakfast was also excellent, and the decor of the breakfast atrium was quite pleasant. The wireless internet was a nice addition, as was the safe. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The walk from the Santa Maria Novella station was very easy, and it was also easy to walk to the historical center of Florence. |

The hotel is situated a few minutes walk from the railway station, close to the centre of the city. Walking distance to everything. The breakfast was excellent, the staff was very nice and they were English spoken. Good service. The room was very nice! The air condition worked well. The entrance could have been more visible. A description on the web page of how to find the hotel when arriving at the train station would have been helpful. |

Pleasant and comfortable room. Easy access to city centre and public transport Very noisy from street, room was located near stairwell used by other guests who would then constantly slammed their doors. I would recommend the hotel to others but mention to check where the room was located to avoid these noises. |

This hotel is very near to the Santa Maria Novella Station and many historical sites. The breakfeast is nice and the bedroom to the inner patio was silent. |

The man at the reception was very friendly and proactively provided us with information about the city. He was extremely helpful. The rooms were clean and although a little small, it is standard Europe sizes...Close to everything... |

We've liked almost everything! The staff are very nice, the room was clean, well illuminated, the well decorated, the breakfast was very nice to an 3 star hotel, and the location is perfect! 5 minutes on foot from the Train Station (Santa Maria Novella) and +/- 7 minutes on foot from the beautiful Duomo. The famous bridge Ponte Vecchio its about 10 minutes on foot. Almost forgot, the rooms have Playstation 2 where can be seen dvd and listen to some music. It won't have games or game controllers. |

Friendliness and helpfullness of staff, decor and layout of hotel, had a clean fresh open feel. Breakfast was good. Hotel is near all the sights. My single room was small as was the bathroom, that said it was very clean and bright. |

The hotel is in walking distance from all facilities we wanted to see.Good service ,always helfull staff in the reception, great big clean rooms , good breakfast .We got upgrated to the most gorgious room I ever sleept in, and with the balcony to rest at, when we got back from shopping was superb .I would sertanly stay here again. |

It was extremely convenient for the railway and bus stations. One stepped from a busy street to a haven of civiilsation and tranquillity. And at very reasonable cosat too. Some might find the rooms a bit small but one does not go to Florence to sit in an hotel room. |

Very nice design and atmosphere, staff are very nice and welcoming. Rooms and bathrooms are clean. The location is very convenient, being next to the station and walking distance from most site seeings. I would definetly recommend it, and If I visit florence again I would stay there. Some of the staff could hardly understand English, which makes it a bit difficult to deal with them, but in the mornings there is always some staff who can communicate in English. |

Hotel newly renovated and very clean, staff helped with other bookings and it is very central in Florence near to the main railway and buses. Quality of room and building exceeded expectations and was a bit of luxury. Just a minor thing, the showers would benefit from some soap holders. |

Convenient location, helpful staff while there, left champagne in our room as we were on honeymoon. Lovely rooms, good airconditioning. I left something behind in the hotel and have had difficulty getting someone to help locate it. |
