Η καθαριότητά του (2 φορές τη μέρα τακτοποιούσαν το δωμάτιό μου!!!), η άριστη εξυπηρέτηση, το ευγενέστατο προσωπικό, το υπέροχο πρωινό, αλλά ακόμα πιο πολύ η βολική θέση του ξενοδοχείου: κοντά στο σταθμό του τρένου, στις αφετηρίες των λεωφορείων και πολύ κοντά στα αξιοθέατα της πόλης. Και πολύ ήσυχο. |

Cleanliness of the hotel and the elegant presentation of the rooms. Certain staff members had excellent customer service ethic. We booked 3 rooms one of which was a triple. The room was far to small to add the extra trundle bed. In fact the extra bed blocked the cupboard entirely.I would have preferred the hotel to ask us to upgrade to a larger room so that the triple configuration worked. |

The room was very nice and staff were very helpful. The breakfast was great, lots of variety. It was nice having a restaurant in the hotel although we didn't have opportunity to try it. The location was good for us as it is near the train station and close to many restaurants and shopping. It was quiet in our room and the shades kept it quite dark for sleeping. There was only one outlet in the room and we had to unplug the lamp to use it so it got a bit dark when we charged our phones and computer or used the curling iron. |

Central location near train and bus terminals and Duomo Uffizzi etc., yet very quiet. Had a very pleasant stay. |

The staff was excellent and the room was fantastic. The hotel is very convenient to the train station as well as the top "must see" attractions. The breakfast had everything you could want to start the day. |

Close to Rail station but not noisy. Convenient for Florence Historical Centre. Room 11 windows opened out on to hotel working courtyard and therefore not good feature. Lived with it as obviously out most the day. Nearly did not get 7am b/f on last day to get flight as party booking of Japanese swamped the dining room so guests need to watch for this. |

We loved the room and the wonderful Breakfast! The computer system! You need two computers and they need to be better monitored .Our bought time would be used up because the computer would not diconnect from the internet at the time you wanted it to.. |

The hotel was ideally situated, close to the railway station and only a 10 minute walk from most major sites and shopping. Staff were very helpful and pleasant to deal with. There was noise f´rom the street early in the morning with service vehicles but otherwise it was quiet. |

My husband, myself and two other friends of ours spent 3 nights there and absolutely loved this hotel, Aside from being perfect, the price was right, also. We will absolutely select it again if we get back to Italy! |

comfortable and clean. could walk to tourist attractions and nearby restaurants. staff was very helpful and most could speak english. internet was so slow, I didn't use it. that could have been temporary, though and it would not keep me from staying there at another time. |

Very nice facilities, very nice location (less than 5 minute walk to the train station) Staff were extremely rude (unbelievable that they were saying things as if we were kids....we do look young, at around 20-25 but still) I would say it was the only down side of being in Florence....but after visiting other cities in Italy, we realized that what is perceived by us as rudeness can be something that, among Italians, is just a way of getting along with fellow Italians. |

The hotel was was clean, rooms were spacious and breakfast was great! The hotel is situated about 15 minute walk from Duomo so if you are looking for a middle of everything location then this may seem out of the way for you. The staff was not as friendly and proactive as staff in hotels that we experienced during the rest of our trip in Siena and Rome. |

Location was excellent, staff on reception were well-trained and knowledgeable and room was clean and comfortable. Room was overlooking terrace area where businessmen seemed to congregrate and talk very loudly! Also, dining (breakfast facilities) inadequate for number of guests, so one morning there was a long queue and staff were agitated. (breakfast was v good though once you were seated) |

The hotel is right across the street from the train station. It is also an easy walk to all tourist attractions. I didn't have any issues with the service. The hotel staff was able to answer all of our questions. I would definitely stay here again if the prices stay the same. |

Stayed here about 10 years ago & loved it. Helpful front desk staff. All ameneties in perfect working order. Room & bathroom - spacious and very nicely decorated. Great breakfast. Good position. Would not hesitate to stay at Hotel Albani Firenze for a third time! Dining room a bit small for the number of guests. OK for us as tourists with all the time in the world. However having to queue for a table appeared to be a problem for guests who were on business. |
