This was a very pleasant stay and we enjoyed sharing a exterior door with our friends who we in the next room. Every thing from check in to check out was very easy and went smoothly. |

It worth above the money I paid! Good location, near the train station, it's convienent for us with our luggage. Clean, comfort and well decorated. We got our breakfast packed on request due to early leaving. |

The location is terrific, near the train station and art and architectural destinations in Florence. The breakfast was excellent, staff were very helpful. |

Excellent sized room and bathroom, and proximity to the main train station. Little natural light in the room (this may not apply to all rooms), however this didn't bother us too much. |

Loved the location of this hotel. It was centrally located a five minute walk to the train station and an walking distance to the Dumo. Great shopping! The staff was helpful but not very friendly. The breakfast buffet had plenty to offer. I would recommend this hotel. |

From the arriaval, the staff were great, helpful & very acommedating.The location is the best, right next to the train staiton & walking distance to all major attractions but in a back alley that you don't feel the crowds & the hustle & bustle of a major city.The room was recently redsined & was fantasticly done in an all white concept with a beautiful balcony looking over the city. too short of a stay. we wish we could stay much longer |

Nice environment, very near public transports and well located regarding the touristic area. Internet should be available everywhere (guest rooms) and should be free or at least less expensive. In nowdays, Internet is essential in both work and leisure trips, and paying to access the Internet using small paper cards with passwords is a thing of the 20th century, not acceptable in 2009. |

Great location, friendly staff, nice room, beautiful property. This was the perfect stopping spot/hotel after our long flight and train trip from the US. They had everything we wanted - a tub to soak in, a great room and staff, AND they were close to some great restaurants. |

The room was huge and beautifully decorated with a lovely white marble en-suite. Location was very convenient for the bus and train station. Old Florence charm with clean, chic decoration which suited the age and style of the building. We had a room which adjoined to one next door with our sons, but still afforded privacy. The night receptionist was really funny and very helpful. The breakfast was really not that great. Cereals, fruit, ham, cheese and scrambled eggs. Coffee came pre-made in a flask - not what one expects in a hotel of this calibre. Disappointing! |

Very good location, good breakfast, very comfortable & clean, nice decoration, reasonable price. Everything is wonderful but only the hotel staff were a bit cool (when I asked how to visit somewhere, they said they didn't know -- it was only my expectation that hotel staff can help and suggest us on sightseeing). Anyway, they were still very helpful and proactively to arrange take away breakfast for us when they knew we need to check out very early in the morning. |

Location was fair. Pleasant atmosphere. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Excellent all round. One thing that always buffles me about europe city trips. There are no tea/coffee making facilities in the room. After a day sightseeing you one wants is a nice cup tea. |
