The completely renovated hotel includes a conference centre. The wide and bright meeting rooms are connected to the spacious foyer and reflect the refined style of the hotel. They all feature the most-requested high tech equipment.

The private, internal garden leads to the meeting rooms. It is perfect for a quick bite at lunch time, for a tasty dinner, and for relaxing afterwards.

Food & beverage

The Bernini Restaurant features traditional Italian cuisine and a selection of international dishes. The wine list is diverse, and all the labels come directly from the hotel’s private wine cellar.

Breakfast is served from 07:00 to 10:00, and lunch from 12:30 to 14:30. Dinner is available from 19:30 to 22:30, and there are 70 seats.

The American bar offers a wide selection of spirits, cocktails, long drinks, teas and coffees in a very comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. It is open from 10:00 to 24:00.

Location. Good a/C.

Lack of bathroom toiletries (shower cap, etc.) - There were also issues
with the tv. Breakfast could be improved.

Excellent rooms, great hot breakfast, very helpful staffs (almost of
them)

One of female staffs at reception desk was unfriendly and seemed to
ignore us when we were trying to ask her some questions. We also found
coffee in the breakfast room was quite poor.

The location was great and it is such a beautify hotel for the price.
The furniture was beautiful in the rooms and in the facility. The staff
was outstanding. The breakfast was great. I highly recommend this place
for families with children. The are wonderful with kids I must say.

The hotel really surpassed our expectations (the description iof the hotel does not do it justice). Situated is a quite street close to the train and bus stations, it is also only a 5 minute walk to the Cathedral and city centre. The rooms that we got were very tastefull decorated, the bathroom was marble through-out and had all the complementaries you could think of (including slippers!).

Parking was not on hotel grounds, but the courteous staff arranged delivery of my car to a nearby garage, and return at the prearranged time (24Euro per day). Much better than trying to park on the street!

The maintainance of the bathrooms and to some degree the rooms

The staff at the restaurant;the service at the breakfast was very bad.The coffee served not only at breakfast but also at a vey high price at the bar was the worst coffee we have ever drunk.In Italy this fact might be sort of sign for a hotel service

Great location in relation to most everything in Florence. The room was clean and he hotel staff was very helpful and friendly.

I thought the hotel was a bit too pricey.
