near to train station and MacDonald Not all Staff are well versed with helping guests on their enquiries, e.g. after 2 days of enquiries, only a different staff on a separate shif was able to advise of bus service next to train station to visit The Mall which is a popular shopping outlet? |

it is the nicest hotel we have stayed during our trip. polite staff, good spread of breakfast, clean comfy room and convenient - near main train station and roughly 10mins or so from duomo, we would definitely stay there again. thanks! other than the lack of a shower stall, we are happy. |

It was a luxury stay, 10 min walk from Duomo. Nice rooms Parking your car is very expensive. They should have bigger toilets inside rooms, considering the first price they want for the rooms.. I could barely pass the door! |

1. It was near to the railway station. 1.Breakfast Room was fully occupied by multiple Japanese group tourists and we were once rejected to enter and requested to come later. Individual tourists were underestimated and should be respected more. 2. It was rather difficult to find this hotel from the railway station since the hotel doesn't have any signboard. In the night time we felt unpleasant to have spent time to look for this hotel on foot. 3. Internet connection should be provided free of charge. |

Location was excellent, close to train station and main attractions. Hotel is decorated nicely with modern furniture and design. Staff spoke very good English and French. Breakfast was lovely with plenty of options in a buffet/continental style. Overall an excellent hotel. |

Cleanliness of the hotel and the elegant presentation of the rooms. Certain staff members had excellent customer service ethic. We booked 3 rooms one of which was a triple. The room was far to small to add the extra trundle bed. In fact the extra bed blocked the cupboard entirely.I would have preferred the hotel to ask us to upgrade to a larger room so that the triple configuration worked. |

The room was very nice and staff were very helpful. The breakfast was great, lots of variety. It was nice having a restaurant in the hotel although we didn't have opportunity to try it. The location was good for us as it is near the train station and close to many restaurants and shopping. It was quiet in our room and the shades kept it quite dark for sleeping. There was only one outlet in the room and we had to unplug the lamp to use it so it got a bit dark when we charged our phones and computer or used the curling iron. |

The staff was excellent and the room was fantastic. The hotel is very convenient to the train station as well as the top "must see" attractions. The breakfast had everything you could want to start the day. |
