great location for city, railway & airport bus.sight seeing bus starts in next street.staff great.
The staff were friendly and the bell hop was kind enough to carry my partner and my luggages and show us to our room. The room was comfy with lavishly antique design. Overall I had a pleasant stayed. Would definitely come back again.
Five minutes easy walk from station. Large room with nice furnishings. Friendly staff Quiet location at back though rooms close to road could be noisy.
Average breakfast buffet that gets very busy - excellent staff though.
Quality of sleep
Well run Hotel in an excellent location. Our triple room was huge and the ensuite had two showers.Staff very friendly and helpful
Location, helpful staff and lovely lounge and garden area
Would have liked breakfast to be served until 11.00 am
Absolutely wonderful staff and accommodation.
location and staff
wifi and beds
Weather update in the room every evening with a sweet treat was a lovely touch. Breakfast up until 10.30 also a bonus
Toilet paper insufficient on occasions. Not topped up during service of room.

Old hotel and very bad breakfast
Cleanliness Friendly Staff Nice size room
The hotel was muggy Did not have a welcoming feeling Did not have aircon for most of the day although they were able to fix the aircon in the evening. The breakfast area down stairs had a stuffy smell. For the money we spend I felt it should have been alot better.
Brilliant location, 5 minutes from the train/bus station & 10 minutes stroll to the Duomo at a leisurely pace! Lovely decor, very clean. Great family accommodation comprising 2 interconnecting rooms with own bathrooms. Lovely breakfast, great choice. Would definitely stay there again.
Nothing apart from the mosquitos which were beyond the hotel's control.
It's a very good hotel. My big room was nice, clean and comfortable, with a perfect king size bed. It was only missing a kettle for a coffee or tea in the evening. And also there were no outlets in the bathroom. But thankfully the staff provided me an extension cord. Most of staff is friendly and helpful. Very good location, behind the main train station and within walking distance to all tourist points in the city. The breakfast is very good too, with a big variety and lovely waiters. And there is a nice restaurant in the hotel which serves lunch and dinner. I found it convenient and excellent. I recommend this hotel!
-The location given proximity to the train station and the main attractions. -The attentiveness of the staff. - The breakfast buffet was sufficient to give you a good start to the day.
- Wifi was intermittent but partly due to a change by the hotel from open wifi to password log on during the course of our stay. - The lack of tea/coffee facilities in the room would have made the difference from a good stay to an otherwise great stay.
Everything about the Hotel was fantastic. One amazing thing to mention which shows it is a cut above the rest was how the staff helped with a potentially very bad problem. I arrived with my 25 year old son and went to check in. He could not find his passport and as you know, you can't be checked in without passport details. We checked all our suitcases and other back packs to no avail. Not only did Clarisa book us in on the basis that my son knew his passport number, but without us knowing or requesting her to do it, she rang the Australian Embassy in Rome, spoke to their staff in Italian, explained the situation, wrote down all the information necessary for a new passport, where Consulates were located in Italy, opening hours and time for a new passport to be issued. Fortunately the passport was subsequently located at the Hotel we had just vacated in Siena under the safe in our room, don't ask me how that happened, and my son took another train trip to pick it up that day. So this Hotel has it all for me. PS. We bought this wonderful lady a lovely box of famous Siena jubes and she was so embarrassed at our generosity she cried. One of the world's great humans. I will return to Firenze just so I can stay at this hotel again. Why doesn't Booking.com run an "Employee / person of the Year" award / competiton? I have run across so many people who should be recognised and thanked for their services.
I couldn't live there forever as it was Nirvana.
It's nearest the train station
Situated on Lake Garda, very convenient location.
did not like the close proximity of the market it's positioned right outside the main doors.
The staff were attentive & extremely helpful. The location of the hotel was perfect & less than 5 minutes walk to the station/bus stop. We had the superior room with a balcony & it was perfect. It was a great stay and we will definitely be back.
Slippers provided and mirror in ceiling of marbled bathroom! Easy to walk to all of the main attractions. Very good breakfast and helpful staff. Really close to train station.
Location, Price, Breakfast and nearby train station and super market
Nothing to point out
Staff and location
Wifi not good
Silence, decoration and some people at the internal restaurant. The proximity to the train station.
I have used hotel services in Florence and in my oppinion Albani is the worst value for the money. Internet never worked within 12 days. Very poor breakfast where you have to pay an extra charge to have, e.g., cured ham and fresh orange juice.
Location and nice building well maintained. Staff is very friendly and well educated. Good breakfast. Good experience all in all.
The breakfast room is on the basement with no proper ventilation thus it is incredibly hot.
