Hotel Albani Firenze

清潔感がありゆったりと過ごせました。

部屋の鍵がなかなか閉まらず苦労しました。

駅から200m位でしょうか。鉄道移動だったので選びましたが、駅に近い割りに閑静でとても良いホテルでし- た。Firenzeは小さい町で、どこでも歩いて行けるので、駅に近いことで観光スポットからは遠いという- こともないので、満足です。ロビーの家具調度などもきちんとしており、なかなら立派なホテルです。

レセプションのスタッフの人がもう少しfriendlyで、やさしい話し方であればもっと評価は上がると思- います。例えば、late check-outの可能性を質問した時、｢次の人が入る前に掃除しなければいけないのに、そんなことできる訳ないでし- ょ｣という言い方をされました。客商売なのですから、もう少し表情、言葉付き等配慮があって良いのではない- でしょうか。何かいけないことをしたみたいな反応でした。

駅近くで至便。

サービスが一定しない。

お茶やコーヒーを部屋で作れないのはやや不便。ベッドメークのタイミングがまちまち。部屋の掃除の仕方が人- によって異なる。

オフシーズン料金だったためか、比較的安価に利用できた。この価格としてはすばらしい。ただ、値段の高いハ- イシーズンには利用しないだろう。

水回りが清潔でよかった。S.M.N駅から近く、スーツケースを持った移動には特にお勧めです。

ホテルの壁がオレンジの部屋になった。変更してもらうほどではなかったが、始めは落ち着かない気がしました- 。また、友達は問題ないと言っていたが、ベッドは真ん中が若干へたっているような気がして寝にくかった。

駅からのアクセス、ホテル設備やスタッフの対応、料金などいずれも大変満足しました。

The room was very nice and staff were very helpful. The breakfast was great, lots of variety. It was nice having a restaurant in the hotel although we didn't have opportunity to try it. The location was good for us as it is near the train station and close to many restaurants and shopping. It was quiet in our room and the shades kept it quite dark for sleeping.

There was only one outlet in the room and we had to unplug the lamp to use it so it got a bit dark when we charged our phones and computer or used the curling iron.

The staff was excellent and the room was fantastic. The hotel is very convenient to the train station as well as the top "must see" attractions. The breakfast had everything you could want to start the day.

We loved the room and the wonderful Breakfast!

The computer system! You need two computers and they need to be better monitored .Our bought time would be used up because the computer would not diconnect from the internet at the time you wanted it to..

Very comfortable and beautiful hotel, conveniently located.

comfortable and clean. could walk to tourist attractions and nearby restaurants. staff was very helpful and most could speak english.

internet was so slow, I didn't use it. that could have been temporary, though and it would not keep me from staying there at another time.

Very nice facilities, very nice location (less than 5 minute walk to the train station)

Staff were extremely rude (unbelievable that they were saying things as if we were kids....we do look young, at around 20-25 but still) I would say it was the only down side of being in Florence....but after visiting other cities in Italy, we realized that what is perceived by us as rudeness can be something that, among Italians, is just a way of getting along with fellow Italians.
