Hotel Albani Firenze

清潔感がありゆったりと過ごせました。

部屋の鍵がなかなか閉まらず苦労しました。

駅から200m位でしょうか。鉄道移動だったので選びましたが、駅に近い割りに閑静でとても良いホテルでし- た。Firenzeは小さい町で、どこでも歩いて行けるので、駅に近いことで観光スポットからは遠いという- こともないので、満足です。ロビーの家具調度などもきちんとしており、なかなら立派なホテルです。

レセプションのスタッフの人がもう少しfriendlyで、やさしい話し方であればもっと評価は上がると思- います。例えば、late check-outの可能性を質問した時、｢次の人が入る前に掃除しなければいけないのに、そんなことできる訳ないでし- ょ｣という言い方をされました。客商売なのですから、もう少し表情、言葉付き等配慮があって良いのではない- でしょうか。何かいけないことをしたみたいな反応でした。

駅近くで至便。

サービスが一定しない。

お茶やコーヒーを部屋で作れないのはやや不便。ベッドメークのタイミングがまちまち。部屋の掃除の仕方が人- によって異なる。

オフシーズン料金だったためか、比較的安価に利用できた。この価格としてはすばらしい。ただ、値段の高いハ- イシーズンには利用しないだろう。

水回りが清潔でよかった。S.M.N駅から近く、スーツケースを持った移動には特にお勧めです。

ホテルの壁がオレンジの部屋になった。変更してもらうほどではなかったが、始めは落ち着かない気がしました- 。また、友達は問題ないと言っていたが、ベッドは真ん中が若干へたっているような気がして寝にくかった。

駅からのアクセス、ホテル設備やスタッフの対応、料金などいずれも大変満足しました。

1. It was near to the railway station.

1.Breakfast Room was fully occupied by multiple Japanese group tourists and we were once rejected to enter and requested to come later. Individual tourists were underestimated and should be respected more. 2. It was rather difficult to find this hotel from the railway station since the hotel doesn't have any signboard. In the night time we felt unpleasant to have spent time to look for this hotel on foot. 3. Internet connection should be provided free of charge.

Fantastic location - two minutes from Santa Maria Novella train station and 5 mins walk from major touristic attractions, helpful staff.

I felt the charge for internet use a little expensive

The room was very nice and staff were very helpful. The breakfast was great, lots of variety. It was nice having a restaurant in the hotel although we didn't have opportunity to try it. The location was good for us as it is near the train station and close to many restaurants and shopping. It was quiet in our room and the shades kept it quite dark for sleeping.

There was only one outlet in the room and we had to unplug the lamp to use it so it got a bit dark when we charged our phones and computer or used the curling iron.
