This hotel was located very close to the train station and a pleasant walking distance to all the sites. The room was very clean, the bed comfortable, and the bathroom immacculate. The breakfast included in the hotel rate was poor. None of the bread and pastries tasted good. They were especially cheap with the espresso, cappuccino... any special type of coffee. You're allowed only 1 cup per person, which, by the way, you have to wait for awhile. If you want more, you have to settle for regular dull coffee at your table. |

The staff was very polite, friendly and helpful. The restaurant where we had breakfast was a comfortable place. The service was also impressive. The location was convenient too. The entrance was not luxurious enough. |

It worth above the money I paid! Good location, near the train station, it's convienent for us with our luggage. Clean, comfort and well decorated. We got our breakfast packed on request due to early leaving. |

Excellent sized room and bathroom, and proximity to the main train station. Little natural light in the room (this may not apply to all rooms), however this didn't bother us too much. |

Loved the location of this hotel. It was centrally located a five minute walk to the train station and an walking distance to the Dumo. Great shopping! The staff was helpful but not very friendly. The breakfast buffet had plenty to offer. I would recommend this hotel. |

From the arriaval, the staff were great, helpful & very acommedating.The location is the best, right next to the train staiton & walking distance to all major attractions but in a back alley that you don't feel the crowds & the hustle & bustle of a major city.The room was recently redsined & was fantasticly done in an all white concept with a beautiful balcony looking over the city. too short of a stay. we wish we could stay much longer |

Nice environment, very near public transports and well located regarding the touristic area. Internet should be available everywhere (guest rooms) and should be free or at least less expensive. In nowdays, Internet is essential in both work and leisure trips, and paying to access the Internet using small paper cards with passwords is a thing of the 20th century, not acceptable in 2009. |

Great location, friendly staff, nice room, beautiful property. This was the perfect stopping spot/hotel after our long flight and train trip from the US. They had everything we wanted - a tub to soak in, a great room and staff, AND they were close to some great restaurants. |
