Hotel Albani Firenze

Понравилось, пожалуй, только месторасположение.. Номер произвел странное впечатление - в нем есть все необходимое и даже больше, например, тапочки и хорошо застиранный халат. Но уюта не почувствовали. Да и сам отель в стиле Людовика 14-го, т.е помпезный и изрядно поношенный, должного впечатления не произвел.

Отдельно хочу отметить персонал ресепшн - очень вежливы с американцами, очень холодны с нами:)) ну и другие мелочи, такие как очередь (!) на завтрак и безумно дорогие услуги прачечной (мужские носки 5 евро)

Отель расположен недалеко от вокзала,на тихой улочке.Комфортный номер,удобная постель.Всё чисто и удобно.Пешком до центра 10 минут.Персонал доброжелательный,готов помочь по всем вопросам.Отличное сочетание цена-качество.

Исключительная чистота. Элегантная комната. Внимание к мелочам, которые и делают отель дорогим по сути. Приятно было обнаружить халат в ванной комнате и мягкие тапочки. Ежевечерний прогноз погоды на следующий день и конфета, всегда готовый помочь персонал - все это пять звезд, на мой взгляд, а не четыре.

есть wi-fi, но я не брала с собой ноубук, было бы замечательно иметь возможность проверять почту.

По соотношению цена-качество, отель заслуживает отметки отлично!

очередь утром на завтрак - пожалуй единственное неудобство, однако очень портящее общее впечатление.

Cleanliness of the hotel and the elegant presentation of the rooms. Certain staff members had excellent customer service ethic.

We booked 3 rooms one of which was a triple. The room was far to small to add the extra trundle bed. In fact the extra bed blocked the cupboard entirely.I would have preferred the hotel to ask us to upgrade to a larger room so that the triple configuration worked.

Central location near train and bus terminals and Duomo Uffizzi etc., yet very quiet. Had a very pleasant stay.

Close to Rail station but not noisy. Convenient for Florence Historical Centre.

Room 11 windows opened out on to hotel working courtyard and therefore not good feature. Lived with it as obviously out most the day. Nearly did not get 7am b/f on last day to get flight as party booking of Japanese swamped the dining room so guests need to watch for this.

The hotel was ideally situated, close to the railway station and only a 10 minute walk from most major sites and shopping. Staff were very helpful and pleasant to deal with.

There was noise f´rom the street early in the morning with service vehicles but otherwise it was quiet.

My husband, myself and two other friends of ours spent 3 nights there and absolutely loved this hotel, Aside from being perfect, the price was right, also. We will absolutely select it again if we get back to Italy!

The hotel was was clean, rooms were spacious and breakfast was great! The hotel is situated about 15 minute walk from Duomo so if you are looking for a middle of everything location then this may seem out of the way for you.

The staff was not as friendly and proactive as staff in hotels that we experienced during the rest of our trip in Siena and Rome.

Location was excellent, staff on reception were well-trained and knowledgeable and room was clean and comfortable.

Room was overlooking terrace area where businessmen seemed to congregrate and talk very loudly! Also, dining (breakfast facilities) inadequate for number of guests, so one morning there was a long queue and staff were agitated. (breakfast was v good though once you were seated)
