Just about everything although a pool would have made it complete

Unfortunately our room was next to the elevator so was rather noisy early mornings and late at night

Good location. Close to the station. Comfortable & quiet. Bring me a feeling like home. Very sweet staff. They leave us a hand-wirtting note for pre-broadcasting the weather information everyday. fine moves, helps a lot.

Rooms were nice size plus very nice and staff was excellent.

Outlets were difficult to use!

Very large rooms, separate shower bath and toilets, tasty and diversified breakfast. Very close to railway station but in the separate quiet street. Florence is small so it is easy to get any where in a 10-15 minute walk.

Towels do not smell fresh though they were changed daily. Suppose this because they do not use fabric softner. One of the waiter serving breakfast was always polite but we noticed him whispring damn when there were a lot of people late to breakfast. There was no coffee or tea set.

Hotel Albani Firenze is excellent in every way and in addition it is charming. A five minute walk from the station, it is located in a quiet street. The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. Good breakfast, good restaurant (reasonably priced). Highly recommended.

Fantastic hotel located just 5 minutes walk from the railway station and 10 minutes to the town centre. Very well appointed hotel with highly professional staff and a first class breakfast.

The location of the hotel to the sites of Florence was wonderful. The staff spoke english and was very helpful with setting up our city tour - which was wonderful! The rooms were big and confortable and very luxurious! The breakfast each morning included eggs, meats, wonderful pastries, cerials, juices, everything you could want for breakfast. The hotel held our bags on our last day so we could visit more of the city before our train. Absolutely will stay here on our next trip to Florence.

The service level is very poor, not what you expect from four star hotel.

We chose this hotel because it was 4-star close to the railway station and we wanted to take side trips to Lucca, Pisa and Fiesole, Sienna while in Florence. It was clean, efficient, with a very good breakfast and comfortable rooms with good wifi and cable tv. And the station is a street away. Its also quite close to the major attractions in Florence so if you are up for spending 140 euro a night, this is a good option.

Rooms were a little on the hot side. Otherwise its good value.

The location was brilliant, with everything within walking distance. The hotel was clean, elegant and stylishly furnished. The bed in my room was very big and very comfortable. The breakfast offered a wide choice from hot food (scrambled eggs, bacon and sausages), fresh fruit, cereals, cold meats and cheeses, pastries and creme caramel. The service was excellent even when they were busy and the hotel was full! The receptionists were efficient and pleasant and nothing was too much trouble. The covered market was very interesting; the sites one had to see were as one expected but David was awesome! A visit to Bobili Gardens was super with great views over Florence. We especially enjoyed a bus ride to the hills above Florence to Fiosole with the Roman and Etruscan ruins of the temple, baths and amphitheatre as well as magnificent views over the city and surrounding countryside. This was a welcome change from the sightseeing! My daughter and I really enjoyed our stay and would recommend both the hotel and the city, though neither were exactly cheap!

The rooms were lovely but ours were on the first floor facing the street, where the coaches of a travel firm park. If you did want the window open for some fresh air then you sacrificed the peace and quiet. At 3o'clock promptly each morning the road sweeper did its job, whic was quite noisy! We also found that one could hear the people above and some other guests were not always considerate when they came back in the early hours! But as I said before the hotel was busy and full. Maybe other rooms were quieter. Wifi was available but patchy at times! But overall many more positives than negatives!

Rooms were a good size. Corner adjoining rooms perfect for families. Close to train station and easy walk to all the sights.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were comfortable and quiet. The location was easy to get to from the train station. We would definitely consider this hotel if we visit Florence again.

The hotel staff could not do enough for you and the value for money was first class. The room also had a night service where they knocked on your room delivering chocolates and the weather forecast for the following day. All the service staff greet you and make you feel very welcome. The maids all smile and say hello and can't do enough for you. The hotel staff must have all gone to the states to understand the meaning of customer service. I will close on one final note: the hotel is a simple bus ride from the airport and a 2 minute walk to the train station and the bus pick up points without the noise associated with such amenities. We were able to take a bus ride to Sienna without walking more than 5 mins. On a final final note. You can jump on a train and be in Rome within 90mins.

The staff are really friendly. I like the design of the room, especially the balcony. The breakfast is good as well.

The hotel was a 5 minute walk from the train station and located in an area that had a lot of variety for eating out. It was also within walking distance of the Duomo, Uffizi, and other sites. If you street vendors, they are only a few blocks away. I had a room on the top floor with a balcony and it was wonderful. Although I was traveling alone, the room and bathroom would have been large enough for two. I will stay there again if in Florence. Breakfasts had a large variety for all travelers.
