阿尔巴尼福罗伦萨酒店  

很不错的酒店，地理位置非常方便，走路可以到达各个景点，而且也非常好找。设施齐备，浴室非常干净。而且不- 在大马路，所以比较清静。

地理位置很好，就在火车站附近，但在一条不吵闹的街上，闹中取静。离超市，中央市场都很近。不过佛罗伦萨的- 景点，基本走路都能到。

房间大小合适，有露台，第一天还送了一瓶香槟酒，每天都有送糖果，早餐还不错，关键是地方离火车站近，拖箱- 子很方便

酒店漂亮，优雅，十分舒适，服务周到热情。

价格偏高

位置很好,就在火车站对面,然后就可以步行去圣母百花大教堂,去米开朗琪罗广场的12和13线公交也就在旁边,要去THE MALL的不是也在不远. 酒店员工的素质也很好.

The staff was very good to us and helpful in getting to different places where it was somewhere to eat, or sights, ect. The room was very nice, I loved the hot towel rack in the bathroom, the hotel was very clean, sevice in the bar and restaurant was exclent. The hotel's location was very near the main train station and major sites. I will recomend this hotel to others and come back to it myself..

There was nothing not to like about this hotel.

The unhurried efficiency of receptionist teresa made us feel relaxed and welcome after a long journey. All staff courteous and friendly. Spacious accommodation, fresh sheets and towels daily. Its right in the heart of Firenze.

Air conditioning was not operating over the 5 days there. Fortunately we could open doors to balcony. Dinner menu expensive but probably normal for a city hotel.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. We asked for restuarant recommendations and was given several excellent choices. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Very poor breakfast!

The hotel was excellent. Its location suited our needs perfectly, because we arrived by train and it is on a quiet street just a block or two from the S.M.N. station. Furthermore, one can walk anywhere within the Centro Storico from the Hotel Albani in just a few minutes. The rooms and common areas were immaculate, tastefully done, and quite comfortable. The high speed wi-fi internet was the best that we have experienced in any hotel in Europe. It worked everywhere in the hotel, and it was free with no need for a password. The staff couldn't have been more friendly or helpful. They even volunteered to arrange packing a to-go breakfast for our group of 27 people--teenagers and adults-- in order to accommodate our 5 a.m. departure. I was the group organizer. I heard nothing but extremely positive comments from our participants about the facility, the breakfasts, the location, and the friendliness of the staff. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

I have nothing but good things to say about the hotel.

It was a beautiful hotel to stay at within easy walking distance of all the most important sites/attractions/museums/ restaurants. All the staff were incredibly helpful with making arrangements and dinner reservations. Lorenzo went above and beyond when all the trains were sold out for the day and we were expected in another city. He helped us come up with a reasonable solution to ensure our trip continued as planned. Beautiful hotel and wonderful Staff!!

The hotel was very well located, close to the old town but in a quiet street. Staff were very pleasant - attentive but not too overbearing. The decor is a little retro but the rooms are very clean and small details like bath robes, slippers, weather forecast for the next day, interesting artwork in the room and fresh flowers in the breakfast room make up for the retro look and make the hotel charming. We would stay in this hotel again and we can recommend it to anyone looking for a great location to explore Florence on foot.

No major complaints - maybe only the decor needs a little sprucing up and the room key was a little bit fiddly

Room was very clean, breakfast was good enough for us. Hotel staff showed us the view points of Firenze politely. Location is very good, easy to access to Firenze station and other famous places.
