Albani Hotel Roma  

It was very modern and nice. They had a very good breakfast . It was also located in a quiet area with easy access to all of Rome (accessible by foot). They allowed us early check-in (for a price of course) but it was so nice to be able to do so.

The bed left something to be desired. I can't say Albani was terrible because all the beds in Italy were that way. It was clean, just not comfortable.

The room was clean.

Hotel staff can't be bothered. Paid expensive Internet that was impossible to use due to slow speed. Front desk uninterested and refused refund.

Hotel facility is very good, room is very nice, clean and modern.

Hotel location is too far to the city center. You have to use taxi or bus for come hotel from the city center. There is no free wireless. Also staff is not polite and helpfully.

Very uniwue decor - use of colour in unusual but tasteful combinations. View of park opposite hotel from my window. Very modern bathroom. Good breakfast. Staff helpful with queries I had.

Only thing I didn't like was that I couldn't download a program I needed onto the hotel computer - this Citrix program used to secure my remote access to office.

The size of the room

- Location (bus connections within 10min to "Termini") - quietness - non-touristic location, quite, less traffic noise - large room (really!) - safe for free (actually necessary bc the doors cannot be locked, just pulled close, see below) - nice and inexpensive restaurants nearby (...used by locals) - supermarket close

- Breakfast expensive ~15 eur (but who cares... There's lots of good inexpensive places around) - Internet not inclusive (we actually don't know the rates) - doors isolate not well (depending on the neighbors noisy - the door-locking mechanism is far outdated (these american/british style stuff, that's in use since the wheel has been invented)... one day the cleaning staff didn't close the door correctly. When we were coming back, a simple push and the door opened. But we were using the safe :o) Anyway, I can really recommend this place!

Helpful, professional staff

My sister's single room 429 was nice, roomy, large marble bath, double bed. Mine 425 was tiny, bedsprings so lumpy you could see them through the duvet, tiny bathroom, stained carpet, twin bed. Should have been much cheaper than hers.

Breakfast not at high level with poor selection. One morning we have to wait in row for 12 minutes because half of breakfast hall was dedicated to a meeting at 8:30 am!

It is an excellent hotel. The rooms are huge and very clean. We really like the lounge and deco of the hotel which is very modern. The gym is new built and has got all necessary equipments. The restaurant is very nice and serves delicious food.

The location could have been better, but it is well linked by Bus no. 63, 86 and 92. The first one goes straight to Barberini (the main shopping centre adn tourist attraction and nearest Metro) and the last two go to the train station (Termini). The hotel is in an exclusive area where you will not see the chaos of Termini or other part of Rome, but has got some fantastic restaurants and shops. The termini is only 15 min. by bus but there is no Metro nearby.Though the rooms have got freeze and safe box, but there was no Iron and tea/coffee facilities. You can get your iron doen with some extras though.

Camere ampie, pulite e silenziose. Personale cortese e professionale.

Bagno con vasca e una tenda per la doccia nella stessa, non molto pratica, molto meglio se fossero separate.

отличное месторасположение. близко к центру, престижный римский квартал, отличный тихииб чистый отель, завтрак очень хорошии, я бы с удоволствием вернулась именно в этот отель. качество превосходит цену.
