Score from 270 reviews Good
When in Rome on business I always stay at this hotel because of it's location to my customers offices. Having said that it's a great location if you want an hotel away from the hustle and bustle of Roma central. With a bus stop no more than 100 meters from the front door, a 10 minute bus ride to Termini train station means an easy and quick access to the metro and the sights of Roma.
Rooms were huge, staff friendly, breakfast excellent, location very convenient.
Wi-fi connection was very poor.
Bardzo ładny pokój, super balkon;)
Bardzo słaba jakość internetu!!!! - wi-fi IS VERY, VERY POOR - there is no internet connection!!!
Friendly breakfast staff
Excellent rooms and helpful front office staffs
The connectivity of internet (wifi) especially upstairs is poor
The rooms were clean and comfortable.
Poor wifi, almost nonexistent. You'd think they'd fix it after complaints from everyone! Breakfast is a joke...and it's too expensive.
Loved comfort of beds Access to neighborhood restaurant and bakery
Staff was not as friendly and helpful as last time we stayed there.
Great location, nice and quiet Staff very helpfull
wifi was very slow at times
location, view over the parc
room insulation, some noise from neighbours
Perfect location ,near the center but facing a green park, modern clean rooms, free parking easy to find around!
The location and cost was excellent
The wifi was intermittent
There was a lot of noise both from the road as well as from the corridor. I was on the first floor!
Hotel staff were excellent and helpful and lots of power outlets for all the electronic gadgets
The hotel wi-fi is awful - slow and non-responsive with intermittent internet connection failures.
Modern-nice colors view to the park
Clean hotel, great value for money. Good location short bus/taxi ride from most of the sites. Would stay here again if I was in Rome
Breakfast - scrambled eggs/bacon were terrible . . .€10 was way too expensive. Breakfast wasn't included so we opted to apy to eat their the first morning. didn't wat breakfast again - lovely cafe up the road which had nice toasties/coffees for a fraction of the price
POOR WIFI TAXI TO CIAMPINO VERY ECPENSIVE
Primarily, I found the reception staff and concierge to be excellent: very friendly, welcoming, helpful and efficient. The guests' first impression of a hotel is created by the reception they receive upon arrival, and your staff do this brilliantly.
There's nothing I didn't like and I would definitely use this hotel again, and recommend it to others. Thank you for a very pleasant stay.
All except the WiFi
It was a nice hotel with a friendly staff and very quite.
Every thing was good
Bed was comfortable. Large bedroom and bath by european standards.
Walls were paper thin. When neighboring room tried to open their door with their key, I thought someone was trying to open our door. Bright rainbow motif. Hideous lime green carpet, bright sunshine yellow bathroom tile. Orange furniture accents. We didn't like that it was far from central tourist area and metro for transportation. I would not recommend for leisure travelers. Only female desk staff was helpful; male staff were not. It felt cheap.
nice decoration and style of the hotel
This is not 4 star hotel, maximum 3 stars if compare with oyher countries. Noise in the room and really bad noise isolation - we heard our neigbours, windows doesn't open completely (small area between window and frame) and we heard at night all noise from the street, we were in room 206 and when neighbours opened the doors into their room sometimes it was a feeling that they open our door. the same is about if neighbours knocked into their rooms we had the same fealing that they knock into our door. breakfast is really poor and not tasty. location is not convinient, because it took about 40 minutes walk to get into city center. Roma is quite big city and location is really important.
The position of the hotel - close to all attractions. Comfort level and cleanliness. Helpful and pleasant staff
Really nothing to dislike
