Very friendly staff, interieur colourful and modern

a little too expensive for what you get, breakfast just ok, pretty loud at night due to sounds from the street.

Was a little more difficult distance wise to get to the center of Rome.

Very helpful staff. Snacks available. If out to eat watch out for notorious 'service charge' 20 mins walk from train terminal fot hop on hop of buses, 35 mins walk from the arena etc. if motoring no parking unless ther early. Recommend hotel

Clean and comfortable. Easy access to bus stop on two sides of hotel or 15 walk to metro, some things close to walk to but easy to navigate.

Food and drinks were too expensive for value, some staff were nice at desk but others were not as attentive to talk or help. Would recmd this if you don't mind the cost, but I'm sure there are other hotels just as nice at better cost.

The hotel is situated in one of the best areas in Rome. Nice local restaurants in the area with less tourist and excellent food for a great price.

Wifi was free, but didn't work in the room. It worked well in the loby Don't book the breakfast at the hotel but go to a nice bakkery on the corner. For 2 euro a nice filled croisant with the best cappucino in the world

Good location, close to bus stop . Quiet safe area opposite park. Local restuarants close by.

The room was facing the inner yard which smell and look ugly. The room was small with ugly plastic floor. The restaurant was rather small. The price was way too high for the standard.

Breakfact was very good .Pleasant atmosphere. Good location. Breakfast was excellent and the dining roof staff very friendly.

Some of the desk staff were not overly friendly or helpful. When I asked for the temporary use of an umbrella, I was told that the hotel did not trust that the guests would return them! I suggested a deposit for such situations. Got an indifferent reaction.

We were staying an extra day in Rome waiting to join our Tour which also uses this Hotel.

- Location is perfect 1 minute away from the closest bus station with connections to Termini railway station (10 minutes) and city center (via Corso, Piazza Venezzia ~ 15 minutes), - very quiet, safe neighborhood; - very quiet rooms (you could only hear the noise from the hall, but not from the other rooms); - good functioning air conditioning (despite the 35 C outside, we had constantly ~ 20 C in our room); - very clean, spatious rooms, large bed; - walking distance (5 minutes) to Villa Burghese, very beautiful gardens, which at the opposite corner (20-30 minutes) was next to the Piazza del Popolo and the Spanish Stairs.

- Cleaning ladies should speak avoid making noise early in the morning (once we told them they were disturbing us by talking to loud they stopped); - reception staff could be more friendly, still they were polite, but maybe to serious; - although close to the bus station, sometimes we had to wait for 15-20 minutes for the bus; - the breakfast is too expensive (15 EUR) and therefore we preferred either to buy breakfast from supermarkets ot to eat in restaurants, there are several choices nearby.

It was a very clean hotel with beautiful modern architecture and beautiful clean rooms.

Located in the north part of Rome, quiet, clean district. The family room is very good, spacious and neat~ Breakfast is normal, not too much to choose, but enough.

Great loacation by the Borghese Park. Very modern and clean rooms with lots of light. My room was facing the park, so when I opened the curtain in the morning, I saw beautiful trees with a lot of birds flying about.

My single bed was rather narrow. It was also hard. It's OK if you like a firm bed. But if you don't, you may have hard timd falling asleep.

Big rooms with comfortable beds even though the decor is rather bright. Nonetheless, it was ok for a day.

I doubt that location is good for anyone travelling as a tourist. The staff are rather arrogant

Quiet and convenient location off the main busy streets with easy access to transportation. Our room was spacious and clean, bed was very comfortable. Though a little retro in the interior our overall experience was positive and we would recommend this to any of our friends and would not hesitate to stay here again.

Hotel staff can't be bothered. Paid expensive Internet that was impossible to use due to slow speed. Front desk uninterested and refused refund.

I like everything. Hotel has very kind and respectful staff. Great buffet breakfast is a plus too beside the cleanlines of rooms, toilets and all areas. Hotel Albani is going to be our first choice of our visits to Rome

Hotel facility is very good, room is very nice, clean and modern.

Hotel location is too far to the city center. You have to use taxi or bus for come hotel from the city center. There is no free wireless. Also staff is not polite and helpfully.

Free parking !!!

A shame that the wifi is not for free, 2 hours 5 €......
