le personnel etait vraiment tres tres gentil

Le personnel

la douche qui s'est transformée en piscine (les rideaux de douche sont beaucoup trop courts...).

Le personnel amical, le bus a proximité.

La chambre petite, legerement délabré, la salle de bain horrible : douche qui ne marche pas, serviette qui ressemble plus à des torchons qu'a des serviettes de bain.

Nous étions proche de la salle de sport où mon fils avait sa compétition d'escrime. Literie de bonne qualité

- Chambre pour 4 personnes trop petite - salle de bain vieillotte - petit dejeuner insuffisant : pas de chocolat chaud pour les enfants alors que l'hotel était complet à cause de la compétition d'escime enfants !!!! - bruyant

Je suis désolé de vous faire savoir que cet hôtel est à proscrire, de vos tablettes je regrette d'avoir eu à payer 36 euro pour cet endroit immonde j'ai été obligé de rester parce que j'avais déjà roulé 1000 km et que le lendemain j'en avais encore 900 km à faire. Je vous conseille de le rayer des hotels que vous proposez

Tout : salle de bain tres sale chambre porte fenetre qui ne s ouvrait pas, pas de telecommande pour la climatisation ,de la terre dans les draps nous avons du dormir habilles . C'est étonnant que cet établissement est encore ouvert et que vous le proposiez

Pratique d acces mais mal indiqué. Bien pour une nuit d etape.

Excellent accueil très chaleureux, personnel agréable. Bons petits déjeuners.

Son prix surtout pour une famille avec enfants

Sa propreté et son confort plus que moyen (climatisation hs et invasion de moustiques !)

This hotel is the worst I’ve lived, never to book this one!!!! We arrived at 21:00 in Florence 31/12/2012, the night before new year, so no bus for this hotel that night, oh my god! I asked the people that there was train for Pratignone (the station near the hotel), I was been told "no". I called this hotel, a old man answered me and told me that I could take the train to Prato (another city) and when I arrived Prato make a call to him. I asked:"is there any bus to the hotel from Prato?" he said:"no", “Prato is far from the hotel?” He answered “of course is far away.” Then I asked:"how I could get to the hotel? Have you a car or a bus of hotel?" he said:"sorry, I have another phone call." then he hang off the phone. At this moment I felt that I was be cheated!!!!! Everyone around us was happy for the new year, and I nearly cried in a foreign country!!!! (If there was no bus from Prato to the hotel, and Prato is far away, why he told me to get to Prato? What did he think? What did he want?? If we really went to Prato, how we get to the hotel??!!!!) Thanks very much to the staff of the Station Santa Maria Novella, they were so friendly, they helped us to find the train which was at 22.30 to Calenzano, and they have written a paper for us that the trains for 1 and 2 January. When we arrived the hotel, the old man looked us with surprise, I was sure that he didn’t believe we could arrive there. I showed the paper that I’ve stamped when after booking the rooms from the website. He looked and said there was a mistake, the document of the hotel showed that we have booked one night, but I have booked 4 nights on Booking, and the prices were same!! He said our paper is ours, he couldn’t believe us, what??!! They made a mistake and it had became our mistake??!! Our paper was from this website after booking the room, if I could not believe it, who can I believe??

Personnel was very nice

The worst room where I've ever slept in 42 years! Broken walls, broken forniture, broken electric plugs, mold growing all over the bathroom, holes in the covers...it does not deserve its 3 star for an hotel!! Never, ever again!

Reasonably well priced, staff were helpful and friendly, fresh made coffee was great.

Hotel was noisy, could hear people talking in other rooms and walking along hallway. Breakfast was disappointing, not much choice.

Nice stuff and good coffee. Despite of surroundings, we slept very well.

Lot's of prostitutes around this hotel. Too noisy air conditioner units outside of the building.

Everything that I needed was there. Very friendly staff and good price.

Shower curtain in the bathroom could have been longer.

la posizione per il collegamento con l'autostrada

pulizia zero mancava la carta igienica al bagno, la tv non funzionava e mi hanno dato un decoder rotto con attaccate sotto delle ciglia finte, il frigo era sporchissimo

tæt på bus til Firenze, venligt personale billigt i forhold til Firenze, tæt på motorvej, nemt at finde for urutinerede gamle folk, personalet taler fint engelsk , god og venlig morgen madservering.

Отель расположен в 3 мин ходьбы от остановки автобуса номер 2 до центрального вокзала Флоренции (час езды). Персонал приятный, с общением на английском языке, что не всегда встречается в маленьких городках Италии. Рядом два крупных торговых центра (в 5 мин езды на машине), с очень хорошим выбором магазинов и супермаркетов.

Завтрак очень скудный, можно сказать просто бедный, сок прокисший. Комната маленькая, давно не ремонтировалась, на потолке в туалете штукатурка висит и осыпается кусками, видимо был прорыв трубы, но ремонт не сделан, в комнате стены обшарпанные. Невозможно принять душ без того, чтобы залить всю туалетную комнату, что бы не делали, занавеска не закрывает герметично, намучались ужасно каждый раз когда принимали душ.

La prima camera assegnata era da rifare, come l'aveva lasciata l'ultimo ospite. Nella seconda, segnalo alcune anomalie: La tavola del wc era completamente divelta. Alcune piastrelle del bagno rotte e rattoppate alla meglio. La tv vecchio modello con decoder a parte, peccato che il decoder mancava, quindi non funzionante. Presa corrente del comodino, senza corrente. Telefono fisso a tre fili, con due staccati. Asta porta asciugamani parzialmente staccata. Esternamente sembra abbandonato, con erbacce nelle aiuole e fioriere rotte. Per un tre stelle, non mi sembra il massimo. Consiglio vivamente di prestare più attenzione alle Vostre indicazioni. Viaggio spesso per lavoro, penso che questo albergo sia il peggiore in cui ho soggiornato in 30 anni.

gli arredi della hall in visibile decadenza, ascensore e corridoi con evidenti tracce di polvere e sporco, il minuscolo bagno si allaga facendo la doccia.

Stanza angusta che definire essenziale è un eufemismo. Bagno impraticabile (scadente persino la carta igienica). Colazione con servizio pessimo. Ho dovuto aspettare 40 minuti sul pianerottolo in quanto la porta della stanza non si apriva più. Esperienza da dimenticare, per fortuna è durata poco

отель расположен в пригороде флоренции недалеко от железнодорожной станции. к отелю претензий никаких. понравилось расположение вблизи от целого района супермаркетов и молов. я насчитал порядка десяти торговых точек где неплохо провел время.
