アルベルゴ ヴィットーリオ ヴェネト (Albergo Vittorio Veneto)  

It was like staying in a bank vault with steel doors and strong locks at every entrance. It was just 5mins walk from the napoli central railway station.

The airconditioner was not turned on and it got quite stuffy during the night. The remote control for the aircon was not available and the receptionist was not helpful, he probably did not understand english. The mattress was quite stiff and the walls are quite thin.

Good location, close to the railway station.

At 14:30 when we arrived the room was not ready. Bathroom without shower cabin, even a curtain. Sprinkle everything. The doors are metal and make a terrible noise. The facade is covered with scaffolding and you can not leave the window open. Courtesy staff lacking. Check-out - much too early, at 11:00 and agree not to hold luggage at reception until the time of departure of the train.

I lived in the hotel for 2 days. The first day is in a room without toilet. The second day is with toilet. The second one is much better!!!!!

It is my second stay in the hotel, the location is perfect for starting point for exploring Naples, the Amalfi area + the islands although the area is not the best I must say that the hotel felt absolutely safe as the door is closed all the time

It is near the train station, hotel staff were helpful.

It's a really run down, trashy area but that's Naples I guess..

It was quite cheap. It's the only good thing of that hostel.

Totally weird neighborhood! All the neighborhood around the station is to avoid! Full of noise and weird people (prostitutes, drugs dealer,...).

Location (5 minutes walk from the central railway station), large clean room, 24hr front desk

The area where the hotel located is NOT safe (watch your bags/pockets all the time and you'll be good). Poor WiFi sygnan.

Location to thieves and low-lives was exceptional.

Do not stay here!!! My mothers handbag was ripped off her by a scooter driver in the street next to the hotel. The hotel staff ripped us off for an extra 37 euro when we even checked out a day earlier because we were robbed 200m down the road from the hotel. The toilet leaked out when flushed. We are quite sure the bed sheets werent even changed from the previous tenants. Rough neighborhood, dangerous people everywhere. We didn't even feel comfortable leaving anything of mild value in the room.

The location and cleanliness.

The receptionist really didn't speak much English and I wasn't aware of the expensive tax which cost more than what I paid for me room!

'you get what you pay for'. Well, in this one you get less than nothing, plenty of rudeness, stained sheets, completely messed up check-in with ( keys from a wrong room with somebody's personal belongings, they wouldn't like you to see, well on display. To be avoided at all costs.

Conveniently situated where the airport buses drops you off in Piazza Garibaldi. Very near to metro/train/bus stations. Quiet room. Basic but clean. Friendly staff on reception. Great value -paid 106 euros for 5 nights!

Location, location, location. Its a budget hotel in the centre of things. It was clean. There was enough space, but certainly a place for the budget consious.

Bad hotel

The location was good, close to the central station and to the busstop to the airport.

I booked 4 nights, but i stayed just 2 coz it was really dirty, and smelly from old cig, which i found later in a hole in the wall. I didnt had warm water. The owner told me later to wait a couple of minutes till then it should turn warm. It didnt. I went to shower at the hotel from my parents 100 m ahead.The bed was really hard, i woke up several times during the night. I felt like i was in prison, that primitive and the door was made from heavy iron. I had to ring 2 diff doors to come out from the hotel. The idea of that no one should be sitting at the reception to open the door for me made me afraid, coz there isnt any other escape route. I wasnt happy at all. Waste of time, a waste of money. And to not forget, the people from the reception doesnt speak a word in English.

Un pò di confusione nell'ordine delle stanze,nella mia stanza non funzionava la luce e la tv,il bagno lascia a desiderare.

район стремный, рядом с вокзалом, много подозрительных людей, вечером выходить из отеля не хочется. даже дверь в отель с решеткой, все как в гетто, с улиц крики и вой серен. а еще у нас угнали ночью прокатную машину прям ото входа в отель

la doccia che era per terra e quindi bagnavi tutto, e terzo piano senza ascensore
