Although we had a confirmed booking for three days we were informed on arrival that the room was not available for the first night. We were accommodated at a nearby hotel but this was disappointing - has we wanted to move hotels we would have booked elsewhere - we chose this one because it was available for the three nights we required.
Especially liked the location and walking across the square for a wonderful breakfast in the cafe
Location! Location! Location! You can walk to everything. This is my 10th time to Rome. I have stayed behind and near the Spanish Steps and I prefer this historic location so much more. The hotel is situated in Piazza Rotondo. (I usually stay at the hotel next door but it was booked.) There is an annex hotel across from the main hotel that other people in our family stayed in. The annex had a few doors to open and unlock in order to get to your room and it appears to be that you are "sharing" the building with local apartments--a little odd. The main hotel has a small reception. You will need to take a flight of stairs up to the elevator. The room however was very modern, clean and well appointed. We stayed in the junior suite overlooking the Pantheon. We were 3 in the room. I would stay here again. I would not stay in the annex building.
Great location! Lovely clean hotel with modern room. Easy walking distance of all major sites of interest. Reasonably priced mini bar in room. You cannot beat the location of this Hotel would definitely stay again.
Breakfast can get a bit repetitive. Food is ok but 4 days worth was definitely enough!
Location next to the Pantheon
If you do not mind stains on towels, breakfast with a coupon in some touristic cafe and comfortable noise level only from midnight to 6 a.m then this place will be fair. Otherwise I would avoid it.
Rooms in the annex were dark and kind of dingy. Mold on the ceiling.
Location is good
No elevator at ground level. Needed to take all luggages up the tight stairs. Tight old elevator. Room on photos enhanced photoshopped to look very wide and new.
Staff were wonderful. The rooms comfortable and view spectacular
Entrance lobby and staircase are disappointing
The location is great. The room was confortable and clean.
Nothing accept location
Everything about the hotel Ur pics on face book all fake no resemblance to what we saw experienced
Despite the dated decor of room. The hotel was in the best location. And the room had the most amazing view of the Pantheon.(room 104) The staff could not do enough for us. I would gladly stay again.
Breakfast was adequate but nothing to write home about.
The location is great and the staff very friendly.
We had a tiny room, clean and confi, but nothing to do with the pictures.
A fantastic hotel, with modern facilities and a brilliant location. The staff were helpful and polite. We would recommend this hotel to other people.
There was no warning that there is a 1000 Euro limit to paying in cash easily. The breakfast was satisfactory, but would be greatly improved by a better quality coffee and toast.
The location is among the best in Rome. The hotel was very clean, the staff friendly.
The room we got in the main building was tiny. I know that in an anexe the rooms normal size.
The location was top notch. It was steps from the Pantheon and located in the Piazza della Rotonda, where there are no vehicles allowed to drive through. The rooms are small, but that is to be expected in city center Rome. The staff was top notch and accommodated all of our needs. Breakfast was included at a cozy little restaurant just across the Piazza, and many of the main attractions were in walking distance. We used a taxi one time during our whole stay!
Being located in a Roman Piazza makes for a noisy evening well past midnight. Although the windows get rid of most of the sound, expect to hear the occasional ruckus outside in the late hours.
Great location, right in the heart of the pantheon piazza! A coins throw away from the Trevi and Piazza Navona. Modern rooms and friendly staff. Loved it and will be back!!
Inexpensive hotel next to one of the most famous squares in Italy. Daily fresh towels. Breakfast overlooking Pantheon.
Renovated room with view of Pantheon. Both just lovely! Fantastic location. Great choice of restaurants near hotel. Excellent, friendly staff. Good breakfast.
the location, the interior design of the room including nice modern fixtures in the bathroom, the view of the Pantheon
room so small and tight, bed bit too soft
We were told there was a problem as there was not any rooms for us and other couple for our first night so were taken to another hotel across the Piazza which was extremely nice and given free access to fridge bar but inconvenience when only there for 3 nights in having to move again next day!
Loved the location and the staff were absolutely wonderful.
Annex room was very tired and noisy, but very comfortable if you only need it to sleep in.
Location, breakfast, view, AC
The location, staff and modern rooms were fantastic. Super fast and free wi if was great. Breakfast outside of the hotel was great to start the day with staff there also delightful. Despite the location once you closed the windows you couldn't hear the outside at all and slept great with block out shades
The stairs needed updating.
Great location.right opposite the pantheon.. Restaurants lined up very very near... Staff was very helpful in every way...
Room size... Not much of a lobby..
Location next to Pantheon Remodeled Rooms View of Pantheon
