Parfait emplacement centre ville proche des quartiers portuaires et accueil familial et chaleureux. Rapport qualité-prix interessant pour séjour de courte durée. L'éclairage au néon des chambres, pas vraiment romantique. |

l'accueil: personnel très gentil et serviable, la chambre:très propre et agréable , salle de bain:très bien, petit déjeuner avec produits locaux , très proche gare Principe (100m), rue très belle (palazzo,rue Balbi) |

Air Conditioning installed but not working. Impossible to stay during the day in the room. Difficult to sleep during the night. Not recommended in summer time. |

Close to main train station and no staris to walk up to hotel entrance Breakfast should be included in price. Bathroom not very safe as had to stand on small box to step into shower and basin had large crack in it. |

fantastic staff who were always happy to help at whatever time of day/night the opaque glass door of my hotel room unfortunately made it a little to sleep and I couldn't find the corridor light switch (having said that i always forgot to ask about it in the morning!) |

I very much liked the fact that they had a room available, because it was very late, very cold and "very" raining, and they didn't knew about my reservation. doors, decorations and too many ringing bells to get in |

Es liegt sehr zentral sowohl zur Innenstadt, zum Hafen und zur Bahnstation, um ins Umland zu fahren. Die Rezeptionsmitarbeiter/innen sind sehr freundlich. Es wird viel getan, um die (Diebstahl-) Sicherheit des Albergo zu gewährleisten. Für den Preis war das Hotelzimmer doch sehr schlicht gehalten. Warmes Wasser habe ich auch nicht aus der Leitung bekommen, was die meiste Zeit des Jahres in Genua aber eher kein Problem ist wegen der großen Wärme dort. |

Zuvorkommende Hotelmitarbeiter, 24h - Rezeption (keineswegs üblich in vergleichbaren Hotels in Genua), zentrale Lage (Bahnhof, Bus zum Flughafen, Universität, Hafen, Stadtmitte) Die Einrichtung ist spärlich, aber korrekt. |

La limpieza. El desayuno se paga aparte, yo lo contraté para mi familia y fue escaso, además cuando pedí mas yogurt me contestaron que se había acabado. Creo que cuando uno paga un desayuno, no puede faltar ningún producto de los ofrecidos |

es ist empfehlenswert, weil der bahnhof und die busstation in unmittelbarer nähe ist. außerdem ist positiv zu vermerken, das an behinderte gedacht ist, man kann mit rollstuhl gut in die zimmer kommen. man bekommt nur dünne plastikbecher mit auf das zimmer, zum trinken ein "no go" |

el personal y la situación del hotel. los números de la calle están mal indicados, no lo encontrabamos y pensabamos que no existia.Las camas son un poco incomodas y la ducha un poco peligrosa. |
